Ցոլակ Ակոպյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ինչպես գիտենք, Ամանորի նախօրեին՝ 2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 30-ին, ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի քմահաճույքով «Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի 10 անդամները հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացրեցին, ինչի արդյունքում լուծարվեց իրենց համար ոչ ցանկալի, օրինական ճանապարհով ձևավորված հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը: Ճգնաժամից խուսափելու նպատակով բուհը, սահմանված կարգի համաձայն, անցկացրեց հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամների նոր ընտրություններ, ինչը, սակայն, այդպես էլ չհաստատվեց՝ նիստին բացակայած Գիտական խորհրդի անդամներից մեկի անհիմն բողոք-դիմումի պատճառով: Չնայած կեղծ խոստումներին՝ տիկին նախարարը չձևավորեց նոր հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդ՝ այդպես էլ չտալով այն հարցի պատասխանը, թե վերջիվերջո ի՞նչ խախտում էր եղել այդ ընտրությունների ընթացքում: Ի դեպ, առանց որևէ հիմնավորման այդպես էլ չհաստատվեց նաև ուսանողական համակազմը: 

2023թ. մարտի 9-ին «Հիմնադրամների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի հրամանով ձևավորվեց ԲՊՀ ժամանակավոր խորհուրդը, որի գործունեության ժամկետը ըստ նույն հոդվածի պետք է լիներ 6 ամիս: Ժամանակավոր խորհուրդը ս.թ. մարտի 15-ին կատարեց իր «սև գործը». խախտելով բուհի կանոնադրությունը՝ ռեկտորի ԺԱՄԱՆԱԿԱՎՈՐ պաշտոնակատար նշանակեց Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանին: Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ այդ ժամանակավոր խորհրդի միակ նպատակը Դ. Գյուրջինյանին ռեկտոր կարգելն էր, քանի որ այլ ճանապարհով դրա իրականացումը անհնար էր: Ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, «Հիմնադրամների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն, ժամանակավոր խորհուրդը պարտավոր էր վեցամսյա ժամանակահատվածում ձևավորել բուհի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդ: Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին լրացավ այդ վեցամսյա ժամկետը և բուհը այդպես էլ հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդ չունեցավ: Փաստորեն՝ ժամանակավոր խորհուրդը տիկին նախարարի գլխավորությամբ դրսևորեց հերթական անգործությունը՝ խորացնելով բուհի կառավարման ճգնաժամը: Այսքանից հետո տիկին նախարարը և նրա նշանակած ԺԱՄԱՆԱԿԱՎՈՐԸ բուհում առաջացած կառավարման ճգնաժամը անամոթաբար բարդում են ուրիշների վրա: Դեռ ավելին, ԺԱՄԱՆԱԿԱՎՈՐԸ, փոխանակ մտահոգվի այս կարևոր հարցերով, զբաղված է քրեական գործեր «հորինելով» և ինձ աշխատանքից ազատելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով: Այսքանից հետո հարց է առաջանում՝ սրանք թքած ունեն օրենքների վրա, թե՞ 10 հոգի հավատարիմ մարդ չեն գտնում հոգաբարձուների խորհրդում ընդգրկելու համար: 

Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ տիկին նախարարը և ԺԱՄԱՆԱԿԱՎՈՐԸ, օգտվելով իմ բացակայությունից, փորձում են քավության նոխազ դարձնել նաև ինձ, երկուսին էլ հրավիրում եմ բաց բանավեճի՝ քննարկելու իրենց իսկ պատճառով կրթական համակարգում առաջացած քաոսը: Ի դեպ, պատրաստ եմ բանավիճել ցանկացած վայրում ցանկացած լրագրողի ներկայությամբ: 

Հ.Գ. Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանը շնորհակալ է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանին, որ համալսարանը այսօր չի լուծարվում: Եթե Արման Թաթոյանը ժամանակին «Հիմնադրամների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասի 3-րդ պարբերության 2-րդ կետի և 4-րդ պարբերության սահմանադրականությունը բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների մասով վիճարկած չլիներ ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանում, համալսարանն այսօր տիկին նախարարի անգործության արդյունքում կլուծարվեր:
