Հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրեր իրականացնող պետական ուսումնական հաստատության դասարանների կազմավորման կարգում կատարվել են փոփոխություններ. ըստ այդմ՝ լրամշակվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ի N 954-Ն որոշումը։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ-ից:

Սահմանվել է, որ մինչև հանրակրթության նոր պետական չափորոշչի ամբողջական ներդրումը՝ 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ը, հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրեր իրականացնող պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններում կրթական 1-ին և 2-րդ աստիճաններում (տարրական և հիմնական) յուրաքանչյուր դասարանում սովորողների առավելագույն թիվը 35 է, իսկ կրթական 3-րդ աստիճանում (ավագ)՝ 30:

Կարգով սահմանվել են դրույթներ հաստատությունում միևնույն առարկան ուսումնասիրող բազմահամակազմ դասարանների ձևավորման վերաբերյալ, որոնք 2023-2024 ուսումնական տարվա սեպտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտել միայն Սյունիքի մարզում (30-35 կոմպլեկտավորման սկզբունքով):

Հանրապետության մյուս մարզերում գործում է բազմահամակազմ դասարանների ձևավորման սկզբունքը՝ համաձայն ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի 2019 թ. հոկտեմբերի 14- ի N 22-Ն հրամանի կարգավորումների (30-35 կոմպլեկտավորման սկզբունքով):

Միաժամանակ նաև տրվել է կարգավորում, ըստ որի՝ հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրեր իրականացնող պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունների համապատասխան դասարաններում, որտեղ ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի ներդրվում է հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչը, բազմահամակազմ դասարաններ չեն ձևավորվի։ Հետևաբար, 2023-2024 ուսումնական տարում ՀՀ բոլոր դպրոցների (բացառությամբ Սյունիքի մարզի, որտեղ ներդրվում է նոր մեխանիզմը և Տավուշի մարզի, որտեղ ամբողջությամբ նոր չափորոշչով է ուսուցումն իրականացվում) 2-րդ, 5-րդ և 7-րդ դասարանները ձևավորված բազմահամակազմ դասարաններին չեն միավորվելու:

Միաժամանակ տրվել են կարգավորումներ հատուկ դպրոց-ռեսուրս կենտրոնների, մասնագիտացված ուսումնական հաստատությունների, կրթության առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող սովորողների (մանկավարժահոգեբանական 3-րդ և 4-րդ աստիճանի աջակցության կարիք ունեցող երեխաներով համալրված դասարաններում (ուսումնական խմբերում)) սովորողների առավելագույն թվի վերաբերյալ:

Նշենք նաև, որ միջնակարգ դպրոցի 3-րդ աստիճանում սովորողների մասնագիտական նախասիրություններն ու կողմնորոշումը զարգացնելու նպատակով ձևավորվում են միևնույն առարկան կամ միևնույն բնագավառում միևնույն առարկայական ծրագիրն ուսումնասիրող առանձին խմբեր:

Նախատեսվում է, որ 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրեր իրականացնող պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններում կրթական 1-ին և 2-րդ աստիճաններում (տարրական և հիմնական) յուրաքանչյուր դասարանում սովորողների առավելագույն թիվը լինելու է 25, իսկ կրթական 3-րդ աստիճանում (ավագ)՝ 20:
