Օգոստոս ամսվա ընթացքում իրականացվել է ընդհանուր 31 քանդման աշխատանք, որոնցից 8-ը շատ կարևոր են Երևանի համար. դրանք բենզալցակայաններն են՝ Կենտրոն, Արաբկիր և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջաններում: Այդ մասին գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ասաց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության պետ Յակով Ասատրյանը:

«Ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ Թումանյան 39 հասցեում կառուցված վերնահարկը ամբողջությամբ ապամոնտաժվել է օգոստոսի վերջին: Հենց այս պահի դրությամբ Արամի 60 հասցեում սկսում ենք քանդման աշխատանքները: Հունիսի 3-ին անօրինական կառույց է իրականացվել Եղիշե Չարենցի տուն-թանգարան համարվող շենքի վերնահարկում: Հունիսի 4-ին քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության կողմից կազմվել է արձանագրություն. տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում համատիրությունը դիմել է արդարադատության նախարարության փորձագիտական կենտրոնին, համատիրությունը ստացել է փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը, ինչը հավաստում է, որ տվյալ շինությունը կառուցված է առանց քաղաքաշինական նորմերի պահպանման և հանրային վտանգ է պարունակում երրորդ անձանց համար: Այսօր առավոտից արդեն աշխատակիցները տեղում են, համապատասխան տեխնիկան նույնպես, և մեկնարկում են Արամի 60 շենքի վերնահարկի քանդման աշխատանքները»,- ասաց նա:

Վարչության պետը նշեց, որ Մաշտոցի 47 հասցեում ապօրինի շինությունը բնակիչը պարտավորվել է ապամոնտաժել: «Մեկ-երկու օր ժամանակ կտրամադրենք»,- ասաց Յակով Ասատրյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ օգոստոս ամսվա ընթացքում Երևան քաղաքում ընթացքում գտնվող բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի և այլ օբյեկտների շինարարական աշխատանքների նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու արդյունքում կազմվել է 113 արձանագրություն: Հուլիս ամսին կազմվել էր ընդհանուր թվով 125 արձանագրություն: 113 արձանագրություններից 51-ը ապօրինի շինությունների կառուցման և հողազավթումների դեպքերն են: 53 արձանագրությունները շինհրապարակների համար սահմանված պայմանների չկատարման դեպքերն են, 2 արձանագրություն՝ սանիտարական կանոնների խախտման դեպքերով. մասնավորապես շինաղբի կուտակման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ են, և 4 արձանագրություն՝ շինությունը ոչ նպատակային նշանակությամբ օգտագործելու դեպքերով:
