Մարզերի համաչափ զարգացման կենսական նշանակությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ IDBank-ն ընդլայնել է նախորդ տարի Գյումրիում բացված զանգերի կենտրոնը։

IDBank-ի վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ Երևանից բացի այլ քաղաքներում նոր աշխատակիցներ ներգրավելով՝ Բանկն այսպիսով լուծում է մի շարք կարևոր խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են, օրինակ, մարզերի համաչափ զարգացումը, աշխատատեղերի ապակենտրոնացումը, մարզերում կայուն և մրցունակ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը մարզերի բնակիչների համար, և, ի վերջո, Երևան տեղափոխվելու անհրաժեշտության վերացումը։ «Անհրաժեշտ է ընդգծել նաև, որ մենք աշխատակիցներին ապահովում ենք ոչ միայն ժամանակակից ստանդարտներին համապատասխան մրցունակ աշխատանքային պայմաններով, այլ նաև տալիս ենք մասնագիտական աճի հնարավորություն»։

IDBank-ի աշխատակիցներն ապահովված են մի շարք լրացուցիչ արտոնություններով, որոնք են, օրինակ, որակյալ բժշկական ապահովագրությունը, գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից գրավիչ զեղչերի և առաջարկների տրամադրումը, մասնագիտական դասընթացների և վերապատրաստման տրամադրումը, ճկուն աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը և լրացուցիչ հանգստյան օրեր։

Գյումրիում բացված զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակից Թամարա Պետրոսյանը պատմում է․ «Ես Գյումրիի զանգերի կենտրոնում աշխատում եմ բացման օրվանից, այսինքն մոտ մեկ տարի․ այն ժամանակ ընդամենը 3 աշխատակից էր սպասարկում զանգերը։ Հիմա մեր նարնջագույն թիմը համալրվել է, արդեն շուրջ 20 հոգուց է բաղկացած, ինչն անձամբ ինձ համար շատ ուրախալի է, որովհետև սովորելու ձգտում ունեցող կրեաԾիվ երիտասարդներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռել չբացակայելով հայրաքաղաքից ունենալ կայուն աշխատանք, փորձ ձեռք բերել,   իսկ մեր հաճախորդներին՝ սպասարկվել արագ, առանց մասնաճյուղեր մոտենալու։ Չենք դադարի կրկնել, որ ենք Ձեզի սիրենքԳը ու լսենքԳը Գյումրիից», - ասում է Թամարա Պետրոսյանը։

IDBank-ի զանգերի կենտրոնի ղեկավար Դավիթ Լազարյանի խոսքով՝ այսպիսով Բանկը նպատակ ունի նաև բարձրացնելու հաճախորդների հեռավար սպասարկման որակը։ «Այսօր զանգերի կենտրոնի միջոցով հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ունեն առանց տնից դուրս գալու պատասխան ստանալու իրենց հուզող բոլոր հարցերին և վայելելու մեր մասնագետների օպերատիվ աջակցությունը առանց որևէ անհարմարություն կրելու», - հավելում է Դավիթ Լազարյանը։
