Անդրկովկասում տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման շուրջ եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի բանակցությունները շարունակվում են, սակայն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սրումը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում այդ գործունեության վրա։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին ասել է ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը՝ Արևելյան տնտեսական ֆորումի շրջանակում։ Այս մասին գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
«Իհարկե, ցանկացած սրացում միշտ բացասաբար է անդրադառնում մեր աշխատանքի վրա. սրացումները դանդաղացնում են աշխատանքը: Ժամանակ է անցնում, մինչև նորից վերադառնում ենք, նստում և սկսում աշխատել: Բանակցությունները չեն դադարեցվել, շարունակվում են»,- ասել է նա՝ պատասխանելով համապատասխան հարցին։
Օվերչուկի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետների հաջորդ հանդիպումը՝ տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման շուրջ, տեղի կունենա, երբ դրա համար պայմանները հասունանան։
Ավելի վաղ, աշխատանքային խմբի վերջին հանդիպման արդյունքներով, ՌԴ փոխվարչապետը զգալի առաջընթաց էր արձանագրել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման շուրջ համաձայնության գալու հարցում։
Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին համատեղ հայտարարություն են ստորագրել Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների ամբողջական դադարեցման մասին։ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին նրանք պայմանավորվել են երեք երկրների փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կենտրոնանալու է տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի հաստատման վրա։
