Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին ԼՀԿ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Դավիթ Խաժակյանը (քվեաթերթիկ N11) դահլիճային հանդիպման ընթացքում հանդես եկավ ելույթով և ներկայացրեց նախընտրական ծրագրերը։
Խաժակյանը անդրադարձավ նաև իր մրցակից ուժերին, ասելով, որ թեկնածուների մեծ մասը որևէ առնչություն չունեն Երևանի քաղաքային խնդիրների հետ և մասնակցում են այս ընտրություններին իրենց կուսակցական-քաղաքական ամբիցիաները բավարարելու համար։
Թեկնածուն նշեց, որ ինչպես հասանելի է եղել քաղաքացիներին ավագանու անդամ եղած ժամանակահատվածում, այդպես էլ շարունակելու է աշխատել ընտրություններից հետո։ Խաժակյանն ասաց, որ ակնհայտ է, թեկնածուների մեծ մասը քաղաքապետ չընտրվելու դեպքում վայր են դնելու ավագանու մանդատը և չեն ծառայելու այն ծրագրերին, որոնք ներկայացրել են մարդկանց։ Իր դեպքում Խաժակյանը խոստացավ անկախ ընտրությունների արդյունքներից պահպանել ավագանու մանդատը և շարունակել իր աշխատանքը հանուն քաղաքային խնդիրների լուծման։
