«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատն» արդեն 100 օր պաշտպանում է Արցախի շահերը

Այսօր լրանում է «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» ձևավորման 100-րդ օրը: Նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի համակարգմամբ գործող կառույցն արդեն ապացուցել է իր կենսունակությունն ու Արցախի խնդիրների լուծման մեջ զգալի ավանդ ներդրել։ Ճակատը հայտարարություն է տարածել, նշել, թե քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի աչքի առաջ Արցախը ենթարկվում է ֆաշիստական բռնաճնշումների, տառապում` տոտալ շրջափակումից, Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներն առևանգվում են անգամ Կարմիր Խաչի մեքենայից: «Արցախցիները՝ մեծ ու փոքր, իրենց դիմադրությամբ ապացուցել են, որ պատրաստ են ամբողջ ուժով պաշտպանել իրենց, պաշտպանել իրենց հայրենիքը, ազգային պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը։ Տասնամյակների այս հակամարտությունը հնարավոր չէ լուծել մեկ օրում, «փոքր հաղթական պատերազմով» կամ խաղաղության մեկ պայմանագրով: Բայց մենք համոզված ենք, որ առանց կարմիր գծերը հատելու լուծումներ կարելի է գտնել, և կա ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյակցության հնարավորություն։ Դրա համար պահանջվում են ազնիվ, իրատեսական քայլեր, որոնք կվայելեն ժողովրդի վստահությունը»։
Ըստ ճակատի, միջնորդական առաքելությունների և բանակցությունների անարդյունավետությունը վկայում է, որ առկա է բանակցային նարատիվի և բանակցային տրամաբանության որոշակի սխալ, որի սրբագրումն իրական հնարավորություն կբացի բարդ հակամարտության երկարաժամկետ լուծման համար: «Ադրբեջանի կողմից չթուլացող ճնշումներն ու չընդհատվող ծանրագույն շրջափակումն ակնհայտ են դարձնում, որ անհրաժեշտ է գտնել անվտանգային խնդրի միջանկյալ լուծման մեխանիզմ, որը կապահովի Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ու բարօրությունը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել աշխատանքը հակամարտության դեէսկալացիայի ուղղությամբ, ստեղծել քաղաքակիրթ միջավայր Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունների և աշխատանքային շփումների, երկարաժամկետ և կայուն խաղաղության ու երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյակցության համար»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
Ճակատը նաև ակնկալում է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության նոր ղեկավարությունը, ստանձնելով իշխանության պատասխանատվությունը, հնարավորինս արագ կձևավորի հետագա քայլերի ռազմավարությունը և համակարգային ու հետևողական մոտեցումով այն կյանքի կկոչի:
