Ռուսաստանում ներկայումս եղած վառելիքային դեֆիցիտը կարող է խաթարել բերքահավաքը եւ ձմեռային ցանքսը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Դմիտրի Պատրուշեւը։ Նրա խոսքերով, դեռ մի շաբաթ առաջ խոսվում էր վառելիքի բարձր գների մասին, սակայն հիմա դրությունն ավելի է բարդացնել։
«Մեր խնդիրը հենց վառելիքի դեֆիցիտի հետ է կապված։ Աղետ կլինի, եթե ստիպված լինենք դադարեցնել բերքահավաքն ու չկարողանանք իրականացնել ձմեռային ցանքսը»։ Ռուս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան նաեւ ասել է, որ ներկայումս օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Էներգետիկայի նախարարությանը։ Սկսել են բանակցել նավթավերամշակող ձեռնարկությունների հետ, որպեսզի ռեգիոն առ ռեգիոն փորձեն լուծել վառելիքի պակասորդը։ Նախարար Պատրուշեւը առաջարկել է ժամանակավորապես արգելել նավթամթերքների արտահանումը, մինչեւ վիճակը կկայունանա ներքին շուկայում, քանի որ վառելիքի խնդիրը չափազանց ցցուն է, որով պետք է բոլորը զբաղվեն։
