Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ», «Արդարություն»,  «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն»,  «Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն» խմբակցությունները համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել:

«Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ

Ազգային ժողովի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրությունը լուրջ եւ, ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, չափազանց պատասխանատու առաքելություն է խորհրդարանի բոլոր պատգամավորների համար:

Հենց այդ պատասխանատվությունն է ուղղորդել մեզ  ընդունելի թեկնածու առաջադրելու գործընթացում, ինչն էլ իրականացվել է մեր երկրի Սահմանադրության ու օրենքների շրջանակներում:

Մեր խորին համոզմամբ, այսօր, մեր ժողովրդի առջեւ կանգնած գոյաբանական սպառնալիքների պայմաններում, մեզ համար գլխավոր խնդիրը Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից թանկագին կորուստների գնով, ծանր զրկանքներով ստեղծված պետականության պահպանումն ու ամրապնդումն է, որը մեզ թույլ կտա շարունակել պայքարը՝ հայրենի հողում արժանապատիվ, անկախ ու անվտանգ ապրելու մեր անօտարելի իրավունքի համար:

Հաշվի առնելով մեր երկրի առջեւ ծառացած լրջագույն մարտահրավերները, մենք՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ», «Արդարություն»,  «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն» եւ «Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն» խմբակցությունները, կոչ ենք անում մեր ժողովրդին՝ մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին, բոլոր նրանց, ում համար այս հողի վրա ապրելը վեր է բոլոր քաղաքական ու ոչ քաղաքական խարդավանքներից, զերծ մնալ մեր պետականությունը կասկածի տակ դնող գործողություններից»,- նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
