ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունն ընդարձակել է իր պարեկային գործունեությունը՝ Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային հատվածներում՝ հետևելու որևէ ռազմական զարգացման: Այս մասին առաքելությունը հայտնել է X սոցկայքի իր միկրոբլոգում:

«Տեղում մեր ներկայության միջոցով մենք նպատակ ունենք նպաստելու լարվածության թուլացմանը և ԵՄ-ին իրավիճակի անաչառ զեկուցմանը», - ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը մեր տարածաշրջանում էականորեն սրվել է, պատճառն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը օրեր շարունակ զորքեր է կուտակում ԼՂ-ի շփման գծում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանագծի երկայնքով:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում և տեղեկատվական հարթակներում  ավելի է  ահագնացել հակահայկական և ատելության հռետորաբանությունը։ Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ շարունակվում է ոտնձգությունների քաղաքականությունը։

Բացի այս, վարչապետը նաև ընդգծեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամը հասել է գագաթնակետին։

«Ադրբեջանը այս գործողություններով ի ցույց է դնում ընդդեմ ԼՂ-ի և ՀՀ-ի նոր ռազմական սադրանք ձեռնարկելու իր մտադրությունը»,- ասաց նա։

Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը, ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի անդամ երկրները պետք է լրջագույն միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն մեր տարածաշրջանում նոր պայթյունը կանխելու համար:

«ՀՀ–ն պատրաստ է և ցանկանում է, որ խաղաղության ու հարաբերությունների կարգավորման պայմանագիր կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Մենք մեր հավատարմությունն ենք հայտնում խաղաղության օրակարգին»,- նշեց վարչապետ։
