«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի խմիչքների արտադրության ոլորտում իր ուրույն տեղն է զբաղեցնում գինեգործությունը։ Խաղողագործությունը և գինեգործությունը մեր տնտեսության կարևոր և եկամտաբեր ճյուղերից են: 2016 թ.-ին գինեգործության ոլորտը կառավարությունը ճանաչել է տնտեսության գերակա ճյուղ։ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը կարծում է, որ խաղողի և գինու մատակարարման շղթան իր ներկա փոքր ներուժով և կարողություններով սահմանափակում է գինեգործության դինամիկ զարգացումը։

Բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման և ոլորտների հետագա զարգացման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող երկարաժամկետ մի շարք միջոցառումների իրականացում, մասնավորաբար՝ ՀՀ-ի խաղողի տնկարկների ռեեստրի համակարգի ստեղծում, աշխարհագրական նշմամբ գինիների արտադրության համակարգերի, խաղողի մթերման գործընթացի համակարգման մեխանիզմների ներդրում, խաղողի հայկական սորտերի հավաստագրված տնկանյութի արտադրության տնկարանների հիմնում, խաղողի ֆիլոքսերա վնասատուի տարածման կանխարգելման, վերահսկման և մշտադիտարկման մեխանիզմների մշակում, խաղողի հայկական սորտերի գենետիկական ռեսուրսների պահպանում և հետազոտում, հայկական գինու ճանաչելիության բարձրացմանը և առաջմղմանը միտված համալիր ծրագրերի իրականացում՝ ներքին և արտաքին սպառման շուկաներում, Հայաստանի գինու զբոսաշրջային գրավչության բարձրացմանը միտված ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչում և այլն:

Այսպիսով՝ մշակվել է «Հայաստանի գինու ոլորտի զարգացման 2023-2032 թթ. ծրագիրը, որում նախանշվել են Հայաստանում գինեգործության զարգացման հիմնական խնդիրներից բխող մարտահրավերները, որոնք դասակարգվում են հիմնվելով զարգացման երեք հիմնասյուների վրա՝ խաղողագործություն ու գինեգործություն, շուկայավարություն, առաջմղում և զբոսաշրջություն, երրորդ՝ հաստատություններ, կրթություն և մարդիկ ։ Ակնկալվում է, որ այս ծրագրի կյանքի կոչման պարագայում գինեմետ խաղողի այգետարածքների մակերեսը կմեծանա՝ հասնելով 10,200 հեկտարի, 5 անգամ կամ տարեկան 67 մլն լիտրով կաճի գինու արտադրության ծավալը, իրացումը ներքին և արտաքին շուկաներում 2023-2032 թթ. կհասնի մինչև 1,4 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի, կբարձրանա Հայաստանի գինու զբոսաշրջային գրավչությունը, կհիմնվի Հայկական գինու ապրանքանիշի դեսպանի ինստիտուտ, մինչև 2032 թ.-ը Հայաստանը կունենա գինու առնվազն երեք զբոսաշրջային ուղղություն (գինուղի):
