Արևային էներգիան կարող է «աֆրիկյան հրաշքի» սկիզբը դնել

Քենիայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովում ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերիշը զարգացած երկրներին կոչ է արել մինչև 2025թ. ներկայացնել էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրներին անցնելու ֆինանսավորումը երկակի ավելացնելու կոնկրետ պլաններ։ Նայրոբիում, Աֆրիկյան կլիմայական գագաթաժողովում նա նշել է, թե պետք է ավելի հավակնոտ խնդիրներ առաջադրենք կլիմայի ոլորտում, որպեսզի երկրներն ակտիվացնեն ջանքերը ջերմաստիճանի աճը սահմանափակելու և այդ գործընթացի վրա ազդելու ուղղությամբ։
Գլխավոր քարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ եկել է հանածո վառելիքից հրաժարվելու և վերականգնվող էներգիային անցման ժամանակը։ «Մեզ պետք են մինչև 2030 թ. ածխից հրաժարվելու վստահություն ներշնչող պլաններ Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության (ՏՀԶԿ) անդամներից, 2040 թ.՝ մնացած երկրներից»,- ասել է Գուտերիշը։ Նա նշել է Ցելսիուսի 1,5 աստիճանով միջին տարեկան ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը պահելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ զարգացած երկրները պետք է հստակ պլաններ ներկայացնեն մինչև 2025 թ. կլիմայական անցման ոլորտում ներդրումների երկակի ավելացման վերաբերյալ։ Համաձայն նրանց ստանձնած պարտավորությունների՝ նրանք պետք է «զարգացող երկրներին, որպես աջակցություն կլիմայի ոլորտում, տրամադրեն տարեկան 100 մլրդ դոլար և ամբողջությամբ ֆինանսավորեն Կլիմայի ֆոնդը»։
Նշելով, որ աֆրիկյան երկրները տառապում են տապից՝ Գուտերիշը նշել է, թե արևը կարող է վնասի փոխարեն օգուտ տալ, եթե Աֆրիկայի երկրները զարկ տան արևային էներգիայի կիրառմանը, արևային վահանակներ և մարտկոցներ ներկրեն, և մասսայական տեղադրեն։ «Աֆրիկյան հրաշք» այդպես է անվանել ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը Աֆրիկա մայրցամաքի հնարավորությունները, որին կարող են հասնել առաջին հերթին արևի միջոցով։
