Հայաստանի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հակադարձել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի կեղծ պնդմանը, թե Լաչինի միջանցքն արգելափակված չէ, ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շրջափակում չկա։
Մարուքյանը Հաջիևի հայտարարություններին անդրադարձել է X-ի (նախկինում Twitter) իր էջում կատարած գրառմամբ․
«Arab News-ին տված հարցազրույցում Ալիևի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն ասել է, թե Լաչինի միջանցքը արգելափակված չէ և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շրջափակում չկա։
Ադրբեջանը նման կերպ ցանկանում է խաբել միջազգային հանրությանը Լաչինի միջանցքի անօրինական արգելափակման փաստի վերաբերյալ, ինչը հաստատել են միջազգային այնպիսի հայտնի կազմակերպություններ, ինչպիսիք են «Human Rights Watch»-ը, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդը և ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը՝ հաստատված միջանկյալ որոշումներով, որ միջանցքը արգելափակված է, իսկ ժողովուրդը սովահարության շեմին է։
Ի վերջո, եթե Լաչինի միջանցքը փակված չէ, և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պաշարում ու սով չկա, ինչպես պնդում է Ալիևի օգնականը, ապա ինչո՞ւ է Ադրբեջանը Աղդամ ուղարկել այդ խորհրդավոր մարդասիրական օգնությունը»,- գրել է Մարուքյանը։
