Մեզ հաճախ հարցնում են, որ եթե ընդդիմադիրը՝ դուք հաղթեք, ինչպե՞ս եք կառավարելու Երևանի բյուջեն, որովհետև կառավարության հետ աշխատանքի տեղ կա:
Այս մասին այսօր Մանե Թանդիլյանի և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Մանե Թանդիլյանը, պատասխանելով երևանցիների կողմից հաճախ տրվող հարցերին:
«Նախ ուզում եմ բյուջեյի մասին խոսել, հատկապես երբ ասում են, որ բյուջեյի մեծ մասը կառավարությունն է տալիս, ուզում եմ վստահեցնել մեր սիրելի երևանցիների, որ այո բյուջեի որոշ մաս կառավարության պետական հատկացումներ են, բայց այս բոլորը կարգավորվում են օրենքներով, բոլորը, և Կառավարությունը չի կարող չկատարել օրենքով սահմանված պարտականությունը»,- ասել է նա:
Ըստ Թանդիլյանի, երբ խոսում ենք պատվիրակված լիազորությունների մասին, որոնք Երևանի բյուջեի 40 %-ն են կազմում, սրանք լիազորությունների են, որոնք բյուջետային համակարգի մասին օրենքով են նախատեվում:
«Կառավարությունը պարտավոր է պատվիրակել լիազորություններ համայնքներին, և դրա համար իրականացնել հատկացումներ, սա բարի կամքի դրսեվորումներ չէ:
Մյուս մասը դոտացիաներն են, որոնք բյուջեի 15 %-ն են կազմում, և սրանք նույնպես կարգավորովում են օրենքով: Մյուսն էլ սուվենցիաներն են, մոտավորապես 5 %»,- ասել է նա:
Հարցի պատասխանը Մանե Թանդիլյանը եզրափակեց հորդորով.
«Այս ամենը, մեզ համոզմունք է տալիս, որ սիրելի երևանցիներին ասենք հանգստ խղճով գնացեք ընտրություններին և աջակցեք «Ապրելու երկրին», որովհետև մենք գիտենք ֆինանասավորման աղբյուրները և անհնարին է, որ դրանք տեղի չունենան»,- ասել է նա:
