Առանց Արցախի չի լինելու Հայաստան, և առանց Հայաստանի չի լինելու Արցախ։

Այս մասին ասաց հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, « Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն իր և Մանե Թանդիլյանի համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ։

Նրա խոսքով՝ մենք իրավունք չունենք պարտվողական մտածելակեպով ապրել, մենք իրավունք չունենք նաև հրաժարվել Արցախից։

Ըստ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի՝ այդ ամենը մեզ տանելու է անդունդ և մենք այդ ամենին չենք կարող համաձայնել։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն Արցախի հարցում հորդորեց միավորվել և թույլ չտալ, որ Արցախը դառնա Ադրբեջանի մաս և հայաթափվի։

Նա մեկ անգամ ևս նշեց, որ իշխանությունը պետք է փոխի իր դիրքորոշումն Արցախի հարցում, որովհետև պարտվողական մտածելակերպը տանելու է անդունդ։

Բացի այս, «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման համակարգողը նաև հայտարարեց, որ իրենք կարևորել են Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները, հետևաբար, քաղաքացիները պետք է տեսնեն, որ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը նոր գաղափարներ և մոտեցումներ է բերելու։

«Մեծ մեգապրոյեկտներով մենք պետք է փոխենք իրավիճակը։ Մարդիկ Երևանը պետք է իմանան  ոչ միայն  որպես պատմական քաղաք, այլ քաղաք, որտեղ տարբեր գաղափարներ են իրականացվում։ Երևանը պետք է կարևոր քաղաք դարձնել ամբողջ աշխարհի համար, այդ ամբիցիան մենք ունենք, որը հիմնված է մեր փորձի վրա»,- նշեց հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը՝  կարևորելով այս հարցում նաև Սփյուռքի դերը։
