Ադրբեջանը աննկատ համալրել է առաջին գիծը

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան մարտերը ՀՀ իշխանության համար կանխատեսելի չեն եղել, ավելին` որքան ես եմ տեղյակ, ադրբեջանական զորքերի առաջխաղացումը նախապես չի ֆիքսվել կամ այնպիսի քանակ է դիտարկվել, որն առանձնապես վտանգավոր չի դիտվել:
Հիշեցնեմ, որ այդ մարտերի հետևանքով ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտվել է, պաշտոնական տվյալներով 225 մարդ զոհվել, իսկ ադրբեջանական զորքերը մինչ այս պահը ՀՀ-ից խլված տարածքներում են:
Ինչի եմ սա ասում, որովհետև առաջնագծում Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ենթակառուցվածքային աշխատանքները նրան հնարավորություն են տվել առավելագույնս աննկատ համալրել առաջին գիծը, իհարկե սա ոչ միայն այդ աշխատանքի, այլ նաև հետախուզության մեծ խնդիրն է:
Հիմա այս օրերին սահմանագծի տարբեր ուղղություններում նկատվող մեծածավալ շարժերը, որոնց մի մասն արտահոսք է արվում հենց Ադրբեջանից, ինձ համար դեռ չի հստակ չեն դարձնում, թե այս ամենը ուժի ցուցադրում է՞, սպառնալի՞ք, շանտա՞ժ, թե՞ Ադրբեջանը որոշում ունի այս կամ այն մասշտաբի գործողություն իրականացնել:
Համենայդեպս 2 սցենարի համար էլ «աշխատող» գործոններ կան, սակայն ջարդվել է անկանխատեսելիության գործոնը, ինչը նման դեպքերում կարևոր ցուցիչ է:
Ենթադրելի է, որ գլխավոր շտաբը, հատուկ ծառայություններն առավել մեծ տեղեկատվություն ունեն, սակայն թե ինչպես է մեր երկրում կառավարվում ռիսկերն ու ինչ էֆեկտիվությամբ է դրան համարժեք քայլեր ձեռնարկվում, դա էլ գիտենք, որովհետև դրա վերջին 5 տարիների հետևանքը հազարավոր զոհերն են ու անհաշվելի դարձած տարածքային կորուստները:
