15 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ կուղղվի բիզնեսների աջակցմանը
ECONOMICSԱկբա բանկի, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) և Եվրամիության (ԵՄ) համագործակցությամբ 15 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ կուղղվի Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացմանը՝ հատկապես գյուղական վայրերում ֆինանսավորման ավելի լայն հասանելիություն ստեղծելով միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների համար (ՄՓՄՁ):
Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ԵՄ աջակցությամբ՝ Կայուն զարգացման եվրոպական հիմնադրամի (EFSD+) երաշխիքային ծրագրի շրջանակում։
«Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի հետ համագործակցության շատ հորուստ փորձ ունենք. առաջին պայմանագիրը ստորագրել ենք դեռևս 2003 թվականին։ Այժմ կնքեցինք նոր պայմանագիր, որն ուղղված է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի աջակցմանը, խթանմանը, ֆինանսավորմանը՝ հատկապես գյուղական վայրերում»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:
«ՎԶԵԲ-ը Հայաստանի խոշորագույն ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողներից է, մեր առաջնային նպատակն է կենտրոնանալ մասնավոր հատվածի վրա: Նպատակ ունենք մեծ աջակցություն տրամադրել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին և դա անելու լավ միջոց է Ակբա բանկի հետ համագործակցությունը: Պետք է նաև շեշտեմ Եվրոպական Միության աջակցությունը, քանի որ այս ծրագիրը հնարավոր չէր լինի առանց Կայուն զարգացման եվրոպական հիմնադրամի աջակցության»,- նշել է ՎԶԵԲ-ի առաջին փոխնախագահ Յուրգեն Ռիգտերինկը։
Ակբա բանկի և ՎԶԵԲ-ի համագործակցությունը մեկնարկել է 2003թ.-ին։

ՎԶԵԲ-ը առաջատար ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրող է Հայաստանում: Բանկը մինչև օրս երկրում ներդրել է մոտ 2 միլիարդ եվրո՝ 206 նախագծերում։ ՎԶԵԲ-ն աջակցում է մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացմանը և կայուն, «կանաչ» տնտեսության անցմանը:
