Իրավիճակը լարվում է ծայրաստիճան, և կարևոր է ճիշտ պատկերացնել իրականությունը և դրա հիմա վրա ճիշտ շարժվել առաջ։
Կա մի քանի հարց, որոնց պետք է տրվեն ճիշտ պատասխաններ.
- Ու՞ր է տանում այս պրոցեսը
- Ինչի՞ մասին է այս իշխանությունը
- Ինչի՞ մասին պետք է լինի հաջորդ իշխանությունը
- Ի՞նչ պետք է անել
- Հնարավոր մեծ թակարդը, որում մեր ձեռքով կարող ենք հայտնվել
Ու՞ր է տանում պրոցեսը.
Այս ընթացքը տանում է պատերազմի։ Պատերազմի ռիսկը մեծանում է, որովետև Նիկոլի իշխանությունը թույլ է տվել կոպիտ բանակցային սխալներ, կոպիտ բովանդակային սխալներ, և հիմա Ադրբեջանի մոտ կան ահռելի արհեստական սպասումներ՝ Արցախի մասով և 8 անկլավների։ Միջնորդներն այս վիճակը ֆիքսել են։ Ծավալները և ողբերգականությունը նույնիսկ անիմաստ է քննարկել. դա լինելու է ՄԵԾ աղետ։
Ինչի՞ մասին է այս իշխանությունը
Կոպիտ ասած՝ այս իշխանությունը Ալիևի համբերության մասին է։ Նիկոլի կողմից տրված խոստումները պատերազմով ստանալու համար Ալիևին որոշակի ժամանակ է պետք՝ վերջին ճշգրտումները և ապահովագրումներն անելու համար։ Հենց դա է՝ Ալիևի համբերության ժամանակահատվածը։ Եվ Արևմուտքի, Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի բոլոր հայտարարությունները մեզ դրա մասին են ասում։ «Ալիևի համբերություն» ասվածը իրական գործոն է, նոր չափման միավոր, որում հայտնվել ենք մենք մեր սխալների պատճառով։ Որքա՞ն է դա՝ մեկ ամիս, երկու ամիս... խնդիրը դա հաշվարկելը չէ։ Մեր խնդիրը այդ հաշվարկման միավորից դուրս գալն է։ Եվ մենք ունենք միայն մեկ ճանապարհ՝ այդ գործոնը չեզոքացնելու համար։
Շրջափակման տրամաբանությունը, միջնորդների պահվածքը, Ռուսաստանի հետ մեր՝ դինամիկ սրվող հարաբերություններն ապացուցում են, որ այս ընթացքը տանում է պատերազմի։
Բանակցություններն իրենց սխալ բովանդակության պատճառով, մեծ հաշվով, արդեն ավարտվել են։ Մեր պրոբլեմը դրա մեջ է։ Այսօր ունենք մոտավորապես 2020-ի ամառվա վիճակը։
Նիկոլը սա շատ լավ հասկանում է. շարունակել նույն կերպ, իբր գնում ենք պայմանագրի կնքման՝ Արցախի ֆաշիստական շրջափակման պայմաններում, անհնար է։ Ընդհատել բանակցությունները՝ անմիջապես պատերազմ է։
Այս իշխանությունն այլևս երկու բանի մասին է.
■ Նոր պատերազմի
■ Հայրենազրկման
Այնպես չէ, որ իշխանությունը պատերազմ է ուզում կամ նոր զոհեր. իհարկե դա այդպես չէ։ Բայց իշխանության քայլերը բերել են ծանր փակուղային վիճակի։
Իրավիճակը է´լ ավելի վատթարացնող, ծայրահեղ արկածախնդիր ուղղություն է՝ իշխանության կողմից տարվող հակառուսականությունը։ Իշխանության նեղ հաշվարկը պարզ է. տեսականորեն սա Նիկոլին կարող է տալ ինչ-որ անձնական շանսեր, բայց պետությանը բերելու է աղետի։
