«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

medvejiyugol.ru-ն «Երևանին մատների շուրջը պտտել են. Հայաստանը դառը կվճարի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը դավաճանելու համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում մեջբերում է ժողովրդական առածը՝ «հին ընկերն ավելի լավ է, քան երկու նորը», և գրում, որ, ցավոք, վերջին ժամանակներում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առանձին գործընկերներ շատ հազվադեպ են հետևում այդ իմաստությանը: Հիմնականում դա տեղի է ունենում միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ նրանց անհրաժեշտ է ռուսական օգնությունը։ Մնացած դեպքերում նրանք նախընտրում են նայել դեպի Արևմուտք։ Այս անգամ օրինակ է ծառայել Հայաստանը՝ որոշելով անդամակցել Միջազգային քրեական դատարանին։ Երևանի այդ որոշումը շատ դժվար է բացատրել օգուտների տեսանկյունից, բայց հասկանալու համար, որ այն դեռ կվերածվի մեծ խնդիրների, պետք չէ գուշակի դիմել:

Առաջին հայացքից միջազգային այդ մարմնին անդամակցելու Հայաստանի ղեկավարության գաղափարը արտառոց բան չի թվում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կա մի նրբերանգ: Ինչպես գիտեք, ՄՔԴ-ն որոշում է կայացրել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ձերբակալության մասին, և այդ փաստաթուղթը գործում է բոլոր այն երկրների տարածքում, որոնք ստորագրել են Հռոմի ստատուտը։ Այս մասին Երևանը գիտի, բայց պատրաստ է նման քայլի գնալ, ուստի Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը վավերացնելու համար օրենքի նախագիծ է Հայաստանի խորհրդարան ուղարկվել։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն այդ հարցում Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշման մասին Երևանին տեղեկացրել էր դեռ գարնանը։ Կրեմլը «բացարձակապես անընդունելի» էր համարել ԵԱՏՄ-ում գործընկերոջ և ՀԱՊԿ-ում ռազմական դաշնակցի նման քայլը։ Այդուհանդերձ, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները անդրդվելի են մնացել: Քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Ասաֆովը կարծում է, որ Երևանի հաշվարկը հիմնված է եղել ԱՄՆ-ի բարեհաճության վրա, որը նա ցանկանում էր նման կերպ ստանալ:

«Հայաստանը հասկանում է, որ ամերիկացիների օգնությունն իրեն չի խանգարի: Նրանք բարդ իրավիճակ ունեն բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ տնտեսությունից մինչև Ադրբեջանի հետ առճակատում։ Ուստի, Հայաստանը նման քաղաքական ժեստ է անում և դրանով դիմում է ամերիկացիներին։ Բայց փաստ չէ, որ այդ ժեստը կընդունվի ԱՄՆ-ում»,- ընդգծել է Ասաֆովը։ Փորձագետի հետ դժվար է չհամաձայնել: Չնայած Վաշինգտոնի մեծ հնարավորություններին, այսօր նա ինքն էլ այն վիճակում չէ, որ օգնի Հայաստանին։ ԱՄՆ-ը ուկրաինական ճգնաժամում խրվել է արդեն մինչև վիզը, իսկ հետո Թայվանն է, որի շուրջ իրավիճակը աստիճանաբար թեժանում է։ Այս առումով Երևանը զուր է հույսեր կապում ամերիկացիների օգնության հետ, որը շատ խելացիորեն նրան պտտել է մատների վրա։ Ի դեպ, այս ամենից հետո Մոսկվան նույն Ղարաբաղում Հայաստանի համար «ճգնելու» պատճառներ չի ունենա։ Իսկ առանց արտաքին աջակցության, վերջինս Ադրբեջանի հետ «վեճում» գործնականում ոչ մի շանս չունի։ Այս ամենը, այսպես թե այնպես, խնդիր է լինելու Երևանի համար, նա կվճարի իր դավաճանության համար։ Եվ թանկ գին:
