Ե՞րբ «Հայաքվեի» օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը կմտնի խորհրդարան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Արցախն այլ պետության մաս ճանաչող և Հայոց ցեղասպանության նշանակությունը նսեմացնող ցանկացած գործողություն քրեականացնել առաջարկող «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական-օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը նախօրեին ԿԸՀ հանձնեց 58 հազար ստորագրություններով 5 արկղերը: Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը երկուշաբթի կսկսի ստորագրությունների ստուգումը, եթե, ինչպես ԿԸՀ ներկայացուցիչն է ասել, խնդիրներ չլինեն հատուկ այդ նպատակով պատվիրված ծրագրի հետ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ստուգելու համար ԿԸՀ-ն ունի 1 ամիս ժամանակ: Այսինքն, մոտավորապես հոկտեմբերի սկզբին օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը կարող է մտնել Ազգային ժողով, եթե, իհարկե, ԿԸՀ-ն «թերություններ» չհայտնաբերի կամ ինչ-ինչ «լազեյկաներ» չգտնի՝ թույլ չտալով, որ հարցը հասնի խորհրդարան:
Բանն այն է, որ ԱԺ մտնելուն պես քպականներին խայտառակություն է սպասվում, քանզի, մեր տեղեկություններով, նրանք հստակ որոշում ունեն՝ ցանկացած միջոցով, որ փուլում դա հնարավոր լինի, խոչընդոտել օրենքի ընդունումը: Նախաձեռնության հեղինակ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլոր ստորագրողներին՝ կոչ անելով այսուհետ ևս, այդ թվում՝ հարցը ԱԺ տեղափոխվելուց հետո, տեր կանգնել ստորագրություններին ու մինչև վերջ հետամուտ լինել օրենքի ընդունմանը: Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ եթե Ազգային ժողովը մերժի նախագիծը, ապա արդեն պետք է 300 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքվի։ Այդ դեպքում նախագիծը կդրվի հանրաքվեի: Բավարար ձայներ ստանալու դեպքում այն օրենքի ուժ կստանա:
