Գեներալ Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի հետ հերթական հանդիպումս «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում անցավ Արցախ-Հայաստան` հավաքական առումով, անվտանգության նոր սպառնալիքներ համատեքստում:
Երբ զինված ուժերում անընդհատ խնդիրներ են առաջանում, Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շուրջ օղակը սեղմվում է, իսկ անվտանգության միջավայրը մուգ գույներ ընդունում, միշտ մտքիս այն գործիչներն ու զինվորականներն են, ովքեր բանակ են հիմնել, կայացրել, հաղթանակներ տարել, բարձր պահել զինվորականի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը:
Նրանցից Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովն այսօր բանտում է` ակնհայտ շինծու գործով:
