Ակնայի (Աղդամի) ճանապարհի բացումը գոյաբանական սպառնալիք է Արցախի հայերի համար եւ չի կարող այլընտրանք լինել Բերձորի (Լաչինի) միջանցքին: Այս մասին զեկույց է հրապարակել «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը։
Ա․ Միջանցքը երաշխավորում է Արցախի էթնիկ հայերի ինքնության պահպանումը։
Բ․ Ակնայի ճանապարհը կշրջանցի Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ իրավական արգելքները, որոնք գործում են միջանցքի պարագայում։
Գ․ Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջանցքի նկատմամբ միջազգային անվտանգության իր պարտավորությունների շրջանցումը կխոչնդոտի բանակցած ցանկացած բանաձեւի իրագործում:
Ակնայի Ճանապարհը կօգտագործվի Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ ուժեղացնելու իր հակահայկական քաղաքականությունը
Ա․ Ադրբեջանը կօգտագործի Ակնայի ճանապարհը՝ Միջանցքը անօգտագործելի դարձնելու համար
Բ․Ադրբեջանը կօգտագործի Ակնայի ճանապարհը՝ Ադրբեջանից Արցախի հայերին ամբողջական կախվածության մեջ դնելու համար։
Գ․ Ակնայի ճանապարհը գործիք կդառնա Ադրբեջանի կողմից արցախահայությանը ճնշելու համար։
Դ․ Ադրբեջանը կօգտագործի Ակնայի ճանապարհը՝ Արցախի ներսում հատուկ ռազմական գործողություններ իրականցնելու համար։
Ե․ Ադրբեջանը կօգտագործի Ակնայի ճանապարհը՝ Արցախի հայերի առեւանգումներ իրականացնելու համար` չլինելով կաշկանդված որեւէ բանով:
Ակնայի ճանապարհը բացում է Ադրբեջանի կամայականության եւ որեւէ բսնով չսահմանափակված վարքագծի լիարժեք իրական հեռանկար։
Ա․ Ակնայի ճանապարհը չի ունենա որեւէ այլ երրորդ կողմի հակակշիռներ եւ վերահսկողություն՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանության կամ վարքագծի նկատմամբ:
Բ․ Գոյություն չի ունենա ներքին վերահսկողություն նաեւ կամայականությունների նկատմամբ։
Գ․ Ակնայի ճանապարհի բացումը կլեգիտիմացնի Ադրբեջանի անպատժելիությունը եւ կվերացնի թափանցիկությունը՝ որպես ընդդեմ կամայականության մնացած միակ միջոց:
