Օգոստոսի 6-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում: Այդ օրը «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սևանի թիվ 1 հանրային լողափից «Ալկոհոլային ինտոկսիկացիա և կոմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի: Այս մասին հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com–ը։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Դավիթ Ս.-ն է: Ըստ բժիշկների նա ի վիճակի չի եղել կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվել է վիրահատարանում, որտեղ անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո նրան Սևանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ռեանիմոբիլով տեղափոխել են Երևանի «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Մինչ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության, Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի ծառայողները մի քանի օր շարունակ պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, օգոստոսի 14-ին «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին տեղեկացրել են, որ Դավիթ Ս.-ն վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:
Օգոստոսի 22-ին ստացվել է ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարության դատաբժշկական գիտական կենտրոնի, դատաբժշկական փորձագետի նախնական եզրակացությունը, համաձայն որի Դավիթ Ս.-ի դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձանքննության իրականացման ընթացքում վերջինիս դիակի գլխի, ճակատի և շրթունքի մասերում եղել են վնասվածքներ և նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է գանգուղեղային տրավմա և իշեմիկ ինսուլտի ախտանիշներ:
Նույն օրը Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվում է քրեական վարույթ:
