S&P-ն բարելավել է Ամերիաբանկի վարկանիշը, սահմանել «կայուն» հեռանկար

S&P Global Ratings վարկանիշային գործակալությունը բարձրացրել է Ամերիաբանկի` թողարկողի
երկարաժամկետ վարկանիշը` սահմանելով այն BB-, իսկ հեռանկարը` «կայուն»: Միևնույն ժամանակ
գործակալությունը հաստատել է բանկի` թողարկողի կարճաժամկետ B վարկանիշը:
Նշենք, որ այս փոփոխությունը հաջորդել է Հայաստանի վարկանիշի բարելավմանը: Ըստ S&P
գործակալության՝ Ամերիաբանկի վարկանիշներն այլևս սահմանափակված չեն սուվերենի
վարկունակությամբ և այժմ համապատասխանում են սեփական վարկարժանության BB- գնահատականին:
Նշվում է, որ Ամերիաբանկն ունի մեծ հնարավորություն՝ պահպանելու իր առաջատար դիրքը Հայաստանում
(այն ամենախոշոր վարկային հաստատությունն է շուկայում՝ 2023թ. հունիսի 30-ի դրությամբ շուկայի
շուրջ 19% մասնաբաժնով)` օգտագործելով իր թվային կապուղիները և ավելի դիվերսիֆիկացնելով
մանրածախ և ՓՄՁ պորտֆելները: S&P-ն նաև ակնկալում է, որ ներքին կապիտալի ստեղծման բարձր
ցուցանիշների շնորհիվ առաջիկա տարիներին Ամերիաբանկը կպահպանի կապիտալի համարժեքության
բավարար մակարդակ:
Կայուն հեռանկարն արտացոլում է գործակալության այն տեսակետը, որ առաջիկա 12-18 ամիսների
ընթացքում Ամերիաբանկը կպահպանի իր առաջատար դիրքերը Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգում և
կկառավարի վարկավորման ակնկալվող բարձր աճը՝ միաժամանակ պահպանելով կապիտալի կայուն
բուֆերները:
