Եվգենի Պրիգոժինի հուղարկավորությամբ նրանք բեմադրեցին մի ամբողջ դետեկտիվ՝ շփոթեցնելով Վագներ ՊՄԿ-ի լրագրողներին ու երկրպագուներին։ Սկզբում լրատվամիջոցները գրում էին, որ գործարարին հրաժեշտը տեղի կունենա Մոսկվայում, ապա Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, խոսվեց նաև մերձմոսկովյան Միտիշչիի մասին։ Արդյունքում ձեռնարկատերը հավերժական խաղաղություն է գտել Պորոխովի գերեզմանատանը։

Վագների ՊՄԿ-ի հրամանատար Վալերի Չեկալովին հուղարկավորեցին Հյուսիսային գերեզմանատանը 200 հոգու ներկայությամբ, իսկ Եվգենի Պրիգոժինին հրաժեշտ տվեցին նեղ շրջապատում. հավաքվել էր ընդամենը 15-20 մարդ։
Տեղն ընտրվել է միլիարդատիրոջը չհամապատասխանելու համար՝ Պորոհովսկու գերեզմանատունը գտնվում է քաղաքի ծայրամասում։ Իր վերջին ճամփորդության ընթացքում գործարարն իրականացվել է առանց ռազմական պատիվների, պահակախմբի և նվագախմբի (այս ամենը նախատեսում է Ռուսաստանի հերոսի կոչում): Բայց Եվգենի Վիկտորովիչը հավերժ հանգստություն գտավ հոր կողքին։

Գերեզմանատան մուտքն այս պահին շրջափակված է ուժայինների կողմից, պարագծով ոստիկաններն ու Ազգային գվարդիան են։ Մեր թղթակիցը հաշվել է 150 ՕՄՕՆ ոստիկան, ովքեր 10 մետր հեռավորություն են պահպանում։

Պրիգոժինի գերեզմանը սփռված է կարմիր վարդերով։ Հուշարձանի փոխարեն մինչ այժմ փայտե խաչ է տեղադրվել։ Մոտակայքում դրված է Եվգենի Վիկտորովիչի դիմանկարը և Իոսիֆ Բրոդսկու շրջանակված բանաստեղծությունը։

Մայրն ասում է Քրիստոսին. Դու իմ որդին ես
Կամ Աստված իմ. Դուք գամված եք խաչին:
Ինչպե՞ս գնամ տուն:
Երբ ես քայլում եմ շեմին
Չհասկանալով, չորոշելով.

Նա ի պատասխան ասում է.
