Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱՀ պետնախարարի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանը․

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Պարզապես խնդրում, հորդորում և նույնիսկ պահանջում եմ տուրք չտալ ադրբեջանական և որոշ այլ արտաքին ուժերի կողմից վաղուց տեղեկատվական դաշտ նետված «Արցախի ժողովրդի զանգվածային տարհանման» օրակարգին և չտարածել նմանաբովանդակ նյութեր ու կոչեր: Դա որևէ կերպ լուծում չէ այս իրավիճակում, դա փախուստ է Հայրենիքից և ազգային, քաղաքացիական ու մարդկային պատասխանատվությունից նախկին, ներկա ու ապագա սերունդների առջև: Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան իշխանությունների գլխավոր ցանկությունը հենց դա է՝ հնարավորինս ցածր գնով մեզ մղել զանգվածային արտագաղթի՝ ցեղասպանության պատասխանատվությունն առերևույթ գցելով մեզ վրա:

Արցախի ժողովրդի միակ օրակարգը պետք է լինի Արցախում ապրելն ու պայքարելը, ինչպես արել են մեր նախնիները տարբեր դարաշրջաններում: Իսկ յուրաքանչյուր անձ ու ընտանիք իրավունք ունի ինքն իր ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ որոշումներ կայացնելու. ով գնում է, բարով գնա, բայց չպետք է որևէ կերպ խթանի արտագաղթի զանգվածային վարքը:

Որքան էլ զրկանքներն ու դժվարությունները ծանր լինեն, միևնույն է՝ միշտ էլ կարելի է լուծումներ գտնել սեփական Հայրենիքում ազատ ու արժանապատիվ կերպով ապրելու նպատակով պայքարը շարունակելու համար:

Հ.Գ. այս թեմային երկար ժամանակ խուսափում էի անդրադառնալ, սակայն վերջին օրերի տեղեկատվական միտումների համատեքստում ստիպված եմ հրապարակայնորեն խոսել դրա շրջանառության անթույլատրելիության մասին»:
