Ադրբեջանական կողմը երեկ Լաչինի միջանցքում գտնվող ապօրինի անցակետում առևանգել էր ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ Արցախից Հայաստան գնացող 3 հայ երիտասարդների։ 

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում  զրույցում  իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ այս իրավիճակի պատճառը անցակետի տեղադրումն է, ինչպես նաև Նիկոլ փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը` Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ։  

Մելիքյանի խոսքով` այս իրավիճակում  նման միջադեպերի կարող ենք անընդհատ  ականատես լինել. «Ադրբեջանը դոզավորված է իր գործողությունները կատարում, կարծում եմ նաև ռեակցիաների ստուգման գերծողություն է իրականացնում։ Թե ինչպես կվարվեն տղաների հետ Ադրբեջանում, այժմ չենք կարող ասել»,- ասաց իրավապաշտպանը 

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանդիսանում են ադրբեջանական քաղաքականություն իրականացնողներ. «Կարծում եմ նրանց և Ադրբեջանի միջև կա պայմանավորվածություն,որը տարբեր գործիքներով տանելու է Արցախը Ադրբեջանի դաշտ։ Հայաստանի ներկայիս նիկոլական իշխանությունները,  հայկական շահերի հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեն։ Նրանք այնպիսի իրավիճակ են ստեղծել, որ իրենք իրենց սահմանափակել են բազմաթիվ  գործոններից»,- ասաց նա:

Այն հարցի, թե արդյոք հայաստանը ունի լծակներ և դրանք օգտագործելով կարող է գոհացուցիչ արդյունք ստանալ, Մելիքյանը պատասխանեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը այս պահին իրականացնում է ադրբեջանական քաղաքականություն. «Եթե լիներ հայկական շահեր պաշտպանող  ղեկավարություն, իհարկե լծակները շատ են, բայց այս իշխանությունների պարագայում այդ լծակները խիստ սահմանափակ են․ իրենց իսկ կողմից իրականացված քաղաքականության պատճառով»,- եզրափակեց Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:
