«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ukraina.ru-ն «ԱՄՆ-ն ու ԵՄ-ն Անդրկովկասը վերածում են մեկ արևմտամետ աշխարհաքաղաքական տարածքի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ այն մասին, թե ինչպես կզարգանա իրավիճակը Ղարաբաղի շուրջ մոտակա հեռանկարում, և արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է նոր սրացում, ukraina.ru-ն խոսել է Ստրատեգիական մշակույթի ֆոնդի փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևի հետ:
«Դատելով պաշտոնական Բաքվից հնչող մեկնաբանություններից՝ ակնհայտ է, որ նրանք մտադիր են շարունակել գաղափարական, տեղեկատվական և այլ ճնշումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության վրա», -ասել է փորձագետը։ Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանն այդ ուղղությամբ գործում է բավականին վստահ և առանձնապես չի նայում միջազգային հանրության հնարավոր բացասական արձագանքին, որից, դատելով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի վերջին անհաջող նիստից, ոչինչ սպասել պետք չէ։ «Հատկապես մտահոգիչ է այն, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները հայտնվել են թե՛ Ադրբեջանի, թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի որոշ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների կողմնակալ քննադատության տակ. վերջիններս, ինչպես գիտենք, տարբեր տեսակի գործողություններ են իրականացնում՝ խաղաղապահներից պահանջելով իրականացնել գործնականում անհնարինը»,- ընդգծել է փորձագետը։ Խոսելով նոր լայնածավալ ռազմական հակամարտության սանձազերծման հեռանկարների մասին՝ քաղաքագետը նշել է, որ այս պահին կողմերը դեռ սահմանափակվում են բանավոր սրացմամբ։
«Ինձ թվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է հասնել իր նպատակներին ուժային սպառնալիքների և որոշակի անկազմակերպ վիճակում գտնվող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ուժային կառույցների վրա տնտեսական ու տեղեկատվական ճնշման միջոցով: Բաքուն հասկանում է, որ հերթական ուժային գործողությունը կարող է հանգեցնել բացասական քաղաքական հետևանքների, և վախենում է դրանից: Միաժամանակ հայկական կողմը ուժային գործիքակազմի պակաս է տեսնում, հետևաբար փորձում է ոչ ռազմական ճանապարհով հասնել իր նպատակին»,- ասել է փորձագետը։ Նրա կարծիքով, շատ արևմտյան քաղաքական գործիչներ, խոսելով Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների անօրինականության մասին, միայն բանավոր են աջակցում Հայաստանին: Արևմուտքը հույսը չի դնում կողմերից ոչ մեկի վրա։
«Կարծում եմ, որ եվրոպացի և ամերիկացի պրագմատիկները չեն գայթակղվում Եվրոխորհրդարանի որոշ պատգամավորների և ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հայանպաստ հռետորաբանությամբ և հետևողական են տարածաշրջանում իրականացնել իրենց նպատակները: Իհարկե, նրանք ոչ թե Ադրբեջանին են աջակցում, այլ փորձում են մեկ միասնական արևմտամետ աշխարհաքաղաքական տարածք ձևավորել, որտեղ կներառվեն և՛ Ադրբեջանը, և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Թուրքիան, քանի որ այդ երկրների հակաարևմտյան կեցվածքը միանշանակ չպետք է ուռճացնել»,- ամփոփել է Անդրեյ Արեշևը։
