Հայաստանի պոլիկլինիկաներում խրոնիկ հիվանդներն ու հղիները կարող են պատվաստվել գրիպի դեմ

Հայաստանի պոլիկլինիկաներում կամավորության սկզբունքով կարելի է պատվաստվել սուր շնչառական հիվանդությունների դեմ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Իմունային կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրենի խորհրդական Գայանե Սահակյանը, պայմանավորված վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում սուր շնչառական հիվանդացությունների կտրուկ աճով, այս պահին պոլիկլինիկաներում պատվաստո ւմների առաջնահերթությունը տրվում է հիմնականում ռիսկային խմբերին: Մասնավորապես, քրոնիկ հիվանդներին եւ հղիներին, քանի որ հենց նրանց մոտ է, որ հիվանդությունը կարող է առավել ծանր ընթացք ունենալ, ընդհուպ՝ հանգեցնել մահվան:
Գայանե Սահակյանի դիտարկմամբ, առհասարակ հղիների համար այս պատվաստումը պետք է պարտադիր լինի հղիությանը նախապատրաստելու ընթացքում: «Պատվաստանյութը լիովին անվտանգ է նաեւ հղիության ընթացքում: Մինչդեռ տեղեկատվության պակասն է պատճառը, որ այս պատվաստումը ստանալու համար հղնիները գրեթե չեն դիմում»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով թոքաբորբի դեմ պատվաստումներին` Սահակյանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2014 թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Հայաստանի պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում ներդրվել է մինչեւ 1 տարեկան երեխաների պլեւմակոկային վարակի դեմ պատվաստումը: Այն կատարվում է 3 փուլով, 1,5, 3 եւ 4,5 ամսականում: Առհասարակ պլեւմակոկայն վարակների դեմ պայքարը թոքաբորբերի համալիր հսկողության բաղկացուցիչ է: Թոքաբորբ առաջացնող գլխավոր հարուցիչը հենց պլեւմակոկն է: Այդուհանդերձ, հանրապետությունում առկա հիվանդացությունների կտրուկ աճը պայմանավորված է ոչ թե այս հարուցիչով, այլ սուր շնչառական հ իվանություններով:
Սուր շնչառական հիվանդությունների դեմ պատվաստումներ են կատարում մասնավոր կլինիկաներում: Միայն թե այս պատվաստումը բնակիչներին կարող է արժենալ մոտավորապես 25 000 դրամ, որից 15 000 դրամը պատվաստանյութի արժեքն է, իսկ 10 000-ը՝ բժշկի խորհրդատվության:
Գայանե Սահակյանը չբացառեց նաեւ, որ եթե հունվարի 17-ից հետո հիվանդացությունների աճ նկատվի, ապա հանրակրթական դպրոցներում եւ մանկապարտեզներում պարապմունքները կարող են կրկին հետաձգվել:
Հունվարի 11-ի դրությամբ հանրապետության բժշկական կենտրոններում սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված 855 հիվանդ է բուժում ստանում: Հիվանդների թվում կան նաեւ հղիներ եւ երեխաներ: Հղիների թիվը 101-ն է, երեխաներինը` 672-ը: 855 հիվանդից 177-ի մոտ հաստատվել է H1N1տիպի վարակ:
Հիվանդներից 77-ը վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում են: 11-ը միացված են արհեստական շնչառական սարքերին, նրանցից 4-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է H1N1 վիրուսը: Մինչ այժմ գրանցվել է մահացության 7 դեպք:
