ԱԺ Պատիվ ունեմ խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ 

Արցախի աշխարհազորի հրամանատարը կրկին հանդես է եկել տեսաուղերձով, որում սրբագրել է իր այն հայտարարությունները, որոնք հակասական մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք են տվել:

Խնդրահարույց մեկնաբանությունները Կարեն Մաթևոսյանը բացատրել է նրանով, որ ինքը քաղաքական գործիչ չէ և քաղաքական հարցերի հետ կապված կարող է սխալներ թույլ տա:

Մաթևոսյանը նշել է, որ որևէ քայլ չի անի պետության և պետականության դեմ ու իր պայքարը հանուն Արցախի պաշտպանության է:

Աշխարհազորի հրամանատարը նաև նշել է, որ եթե Արցախի գործող նախագահը չի կարողանում մեկ սեղանի շուրջ համախմբել բոլոր դերակատարներին, միգուցե ճիշտը նրա հրաժարականն է:

Տեսաուղերձում ակնարկներ կա այն մասին, որ որոշ դեմքեր Արցախում փորձել են իր խոսքերը խեղաթյուրել և առանձին գործիչների դեմ ուղղել, նույնիսկ հասարակությանը վախեցնել, սակայն ըստ Մաթևոսյանի, աշխարհազորը ծառայում է ժողովրդին և որևէ մեկն իրենց չի կարող ներքաղաքական գործընթացների մեջ ներքաշել:

Կուլիսներում նաև տեղեկություններ կա այն մասին, որ Կարեն Մաթևոսյանին, նախնական փուլում, սխալ տեղեկություններ է ներկայացվել ներքաղաքական դաշտում առկա խնդիրների վերաբերյալ, որն ավելի ուշ ճշտվել է:

Ինչևէ, Արցախում` բոլոր առումներով այս ծանր պահին, Մաթևոսյանի վերջին ուղերձը որոշակիորեն լիցքաթափել է այն լարվածությունը, որը ստեղծվել էր առաջին ուղերձից հետո, մյուս կողմից այսպիսի գործընթացները հետևանք են իշխանության` հանրության, քաղաքական հիմնական ուժերի և դերակատարների հետ սխալ, ոչ անկեղծ հաղորդակցության:

Աշխարհազորի գլխավոր խնդիրն արտաքին թշնամու դեմ պայքարն է և այն մարդիկ, ուժերը, ովքեր փորձում էին այդ կառույցը ծառայեցնել իշխանության պահպանման, նեղ անձնական շահերի կամ իշխանության գալու համար, ձախողվեցին:
