«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Eadaily.com-ը «The Telegraph. Ադրբեջանի ամենամեծ ներդրողը թքած ունի Ղարաբաղ համակենտրոնացման ճամբարի վրա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ բրիտանական The Telegraph հրատարակությունը հրապարակել է «Կարծես համակենտրոնացման ճամբար. մոռացված ճգնաժամը Եվրոպայի դռների մոտ» վերնագրով հոդված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին։ Այն պատմում է Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման ֆոնին տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը վերջերս անհաջող նիստ է անցկացրել՝ նվիրված այդ հարցին։
Հոդվածի հեղինակ Ջեսսի Ուիլ յամսը զրուցել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մի քանի բնակիչների հետ, որոնք ներկայացրել են այնտեղ տիրող ծանր իրավիճակը։ «Եթե այսպես շարունակվի, մարդիկ, ի վերջո, կմահանան: Մարդիկ արդեն իսկ մահանում են: Հիմա բոլորը հիվանդ են թերսնման պատճառով և մահամերձ վիճակում են, հիվանդանոց չեն գնում, քանի որ շատ երկար հերթեր են գոյանում»,- ասել է աղբյուրը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից։ «Մենք կորցրել ենք մեր ազատությունը, զրկվել ենք մեր իրավունքներից։ Հիմա կարծես համակենտրոնացման ճամբարում ենք ապրում»,- ասել է մեկ այլ աղբյուր։
Հոդվածում խոսվել է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավիճակի նկատմամբ Միացյալ Թագավորության քաղաքականության մասին։ Ըստ հեղինակի, Մեծ Բրիտանիան չի դատապարտում Ադրբեջանին, թեև Հայաստանի հարցով խորհրդարանական խումբը նման կոչով դիմել է երկրի արտգործնախարար Ջեյմս Քլևերլիին, բայց վերջինից պատասխան չի ստացվել։ Արդյունքում քննադատվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիան՝ «ուժեղ արձագանքի ակնհայտ բացակայության համար», այն նշումով, որ այլ երկրներ, ինչպես Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ը, հրապարակայնորեն դատապարտել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շրջափակումը։
«Մեծ Բրիտանիան պետք է հստակ հասկացնի Ադրբեջանին, որ առաջին հերթին՝ դա անընդունելի է, և երկրորդ հերթին՝ եթե ոչինչ չանի, ապա կլինեն հետևանքներ, որոնք կարող են սկսվել Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներից»,- հավելել է պատգամավորական խումբը։
Հոդվածում ասվում է, որ Բրիտանիայի լռության պատճառը տնտեսությունն է։ Մեծ Բրիտանիան Ադրբեջանում ամենամեծ օտարերկրյա ներդրողն է։ Վերջին 30 տարվա ընթացքում «Բրիթիշ Փեթրոլիումը» Ադրբեջանում ներդրել է մոտ 84 միլիարդ դոլար, նշել է հոդվածի հեղինակը։ Հարկ է նշել, որ բրիտանացիները ջանասիրաբար փորձում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ հանել Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային, ինչի համար էլ նախօրոք հեղափոխություն կազմակերպելով Հայաստանում՝ պատերազմ են հրահրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։
