«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Արցախում հումանիտար աղետին զուգահեռ բավականին անհասկանալի դիրքում են հայտնվել ուժային կառույցները: Մասնավորապես, մեր տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանությունը ներքին անվտանգությունն ապահովելու փոխարեն զբաղված է նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի անձնական պաշտպանությամբ:
Մեզ հայտնի է դարձել, որ վերջին շրջանում իշխանությունների ուղիղ հրամանով տարբեր միջադեպեր են գրանցվել։ Այդ շարքից ամենահայտնին Արցախում «լայվերով» ակտիվ Դավիթ Մինասյանի դրվագն է, որը հաճախ նմանակում է Արայիկ Հարությունյանին. վերջինս իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ տեղեկացրել է, որ իրեն ոստիկանության Ասկերանի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել և տեղում բռնություն գործադրել (նշենք, որ բռնության հետքերն արձանագրող լուսանկարներ են հրապարակվել):
Ի դեպ, ավելի վաղ` մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ, ոստիկանությունը բռնություն էր իրականացրել «Սիվիլնեթի» լրագրողի նկատմամբ: Այն, որ Արցախում ծանր իրավիճակ է, ոչ ոքի համար գաղտնիք չէ, բայց որ այս լարված իրավիճակում Արցախի նախագահը միայն իր ընդդիմախոսների բերանը փակելով է զբաղված, նույնիսկ իր թիմակիցներին է զայրացնում, և դրա հետ կապված, ինչպես թերթին փոխանցում է մեր աղբյուրը, ներքին խմորումներ են հասունանում։
