Մեկնարկել է Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը: Այստեղ առաջնային նշանակություն ունեն մասնակից ուժերի ոչ միայն մոտեցումները քաղաքային տնտեսության կառավարման առումով, այլև բուն քաղաքական տեսանկյունից: Բանն այն է, որ ընտրություններին մասնակցում են նաև ուժեր, որոնք փորձագետները գնահատում են որպես իշխանությունների սատելիտներ: Արդեն իսկ նկատելի է, որ այդ միավորները փորձում են ընտրությունները վերածել մունիցիպալ մրցավազքի՝ հնարավորինս առաջ բերելով ապաքաղաքական օրակարգ: Այնինչ, կան մի քանի ուժեր, որոնք ընտրական գործընթացը դիտարկում են ամբողջական իշխանափոխության համատեքստում: Ի մասնավորի, հիմնական ուժերից նման օրակարգ ունի «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը (քաղաքապետի թեկնածու՝ Մանե Թանդիլյան), որը երեկ իր քարոզարշավն սկսեց Արաբկիր համայնքից:

Հաջորդ ուժը, որը դարձյալ այս ընտրությունները դիտարկում է ամբողջական իշխանափոխության համատեքստում, «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն է, որի առաջին համար Անդրանիկ Թևանյանն ի մասնավորի ոչ մեկ անգամ նշել է, որ դաշինքը կենտրոնացել է ոչ թե քաղաքային, այլ քաղաքական և անվտանգային խնդիրների վրա և ձգտում է վերցնել իշխանությունը Երևանում՝ դա դիտարկելով երկրում ամբողջական իշխանափոխության մեկնարկ: Թե մյուս քաղաքական ուժերից որոնք կմիանան այս օրակարգին, ցույց կտան առաջիկա մի քանի օրերի նրանց հայտարարությունները:
