Քաղցկեղը մեր իրականության ամենասարսափելի հիվանդություններից մեկն է։ Ոչ ոք չի կարողանում հստակ ասել, թե իրականում ինչն է հարուցում քաղցկեղային բջիջների աճն ամեն առանձին դեպքում։ Հայտնի է միայն, որ թոքերի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հիմնական պատճառը ծխելն է։
 
Սովորաբար օրգանիզմը վերաարտադրում է նոր բջիջներ, երբ հները մահանում են, բայց երբեմն այս պրոցեսը խախտվում է։ Նոր բջիջները ծնվում են, իսկ հներն այդպես էլ չեն անհետանում։ Այսպիսով, մարդկային օրգաննիզմն ավելի ու ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ բջիջներ է կուտակում։ Այսպիսի չկառավարվող աճի արդյունքում գոյանում են ուռուցքներ։ Դրանք լինում են ինչպես բարորակ, այնպես էլ չարորակ։ Չարակ ուռուցքները շատ արագ տարածվում են օրգանիմով՝ խոցելով օրգանները և լիմֆատիկ համակարգը։ Այս գործընթացն անվանում են մետաստազներ։
 
Ահա թոքերի քաղցկեղի մի քանի ախտանիշներ, որոնք հուշում են հիվանդության առկայության մասին։
 
1. Անդադար հազ
 
Սովորական հազը, որն ի հայտ է գալիս մրսածության դեպքում, վտնագավոր չէ, թեև սա չի նշանակում, որ այն բուժել պետք չէ։ Սակայն եթե հազը տևում է ավելի երկար, քան երկու շաբաթը, ապա ավելի լավ է դիմել բժշկի, հատկապես, եթե հազալուց արյուն է դուրս գալիս։
 
2. Կտրատվող շնչառություն
 
Կտրատվող շնչառությունը ևս հանդիսանում է թոքերի քաղցկեղի առկայության նշան։ Եթե Դուք անսպասելիորեն հայտնաբերում եք, որ շունչներդ չի հերիքում աստիճաններով բարձրանալու համար, չնայած նրան, որ վատ մարզավիճակում չեք, ապա մի հապաղեք ու դիմեք բժշկի։
 
3. Ցավեր կրծքավանդակի, ուսերի և մեջքի շրջանում
 
Ցավը, որը սաստկանում է ամեն հազոցից հետո, առանձնակի ուշադրություն է պահանջում։ Երբեմն դա կարող է լինել պարզապես մկանային ձգվածքի հետևանք, սակայն բժշկի դիմելն ամեն դեպքում ավելորդ չի լինի։
 
4. Շնչառության ժամանակ թոքային սուլոց
 
Թոքային սուլոցը բնավ միշտ չէ քաղցկեղի առկայության մասին վկայում, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ դա նորմալ երևույթ է։ Ամեն դեպքում դիմեք բժշկի։
 
5. Քաշի անբացատրելի կորուստ
 
Քաղցկեղով հիվանդների մոտ 15%-ը սկսում է կտրուկ կորցնել քաշը դեռ մինչև հիվանդության առկայության մասին իմանալը։ Դա տեղի է ունենում այն պատճառով, որ քաղցկեղը շատ ուժեղ է ազդում օրգանիմի մետաբոլիմի վրա։ Եթե Ձեր քաշը սկսել է կտրուկ նվազել, ու չունեք դրա ոչ մի ակնհայտ պատճառ, ապա անպայման դիմեք բժշկի։
 
6. Ոսկրային ցավեր
 
Ոսկորները սկսում են ցավալ, երբ քաղցկեղը սկսում է ագրեսիվորեն տարածվել։ Այս դեպքում անհապաղ դիմեք բժշկի։
 
7. Գլխացավեր
 
Հասնելով ուղեղին՝ քաղցկեղային բջիջները սկսում են ճնշել արյունատար անոթներին։ Սակայն գլխացավի առկայությունը մի շտապեք համարել քաղցկեղի առկայություն ու խուճապի մի՛ մատնվեք։ Պարզապես այցելեք բժշկի ու մի՛ անտեսեք գլխացավը։
