Արցախը համարո՞ւմ եք ադրբեջանական․ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի հարցադրումը՝ ոստիկաններին

Երկրի ներսում խնդիր ունենք եւ պետք է լուծենք այդ խնդիրը՝ եզրակացրեց «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը՝ քարոզարշավի առաջին օրը շրջելով Երեւանի կենտրոնական փողոցներով եւ հարցադրումներ ուղղելով ոստիկաններին։

«ՀՀ իշխանությունը Արցախը համարում է Ադրբեջանի մաս, դուք, որպես ուսադիր կրող փոխգնդապետ, համարո՞ւմ եք, որ Արցախը ադրբեջանական է»,-հարցրեց նա ոստիկաններից մեկին, որը նախընտրեց չպատասխանել։ Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը փաստեց, որ Հայաստանի ոստիկանը, որը կրում է ուսադիրներ, խուսափում է պատասխանել հարցին՝ արդյոք Արցախը հայկակա՞ն է, թե՞ ադրբեջանական, այսինքն, փաստացի չի պատասխանում օրենսդրության հետ կապված հարցի՝ համաձայն որի Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

«Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք ներսում ունենք խնդիր եւ ներսում պետք է լուծենք այս խնդիրները։ Ոստիկանը, որը կրում է ուսադիրներ, պարտավոր է ծառայել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած քաղաքականությանը։ Մենք այս ամենը պետք է սրբենք, մաքրենք եւ ծառայեցնենք մեր պետությանը, այլ ոչ թե մեկ անձի»,-ասաց «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդը։

Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը հայտարարեց, որ ամբողջ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում մոտենալու է ցանկացած ուսադիրավոր քաղաքացու եւ հարցադրում է անելու՝ արդյոք Արցախը ճանաչո՞ւմ են Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

«Դուք երդվել եք, որ ծառայելու եք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Հայաստանի օրենսդրության համաձայն Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր, որպես ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող մարդ, հայտարարում է, որ ինքն Արցախը ճանաչում է ադրբեջանական, դրանով իսկ խախտելով ՀՀ անկախության հռչակագիրը, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը, ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը, ՀՀ ԳԽ որոշումը եւ ընդհանրապես հայ ժողովրդի կամարտայատությունը»,-ասաց Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ ուսադիր կրողները թեեւ չեն կարող Արցախը ճանաչել ադրբեջանական, բայց կաշկանդված են եւ հենց այդ կաշկանդվածությունը պետք է հանել ամբողջական իշխանափոխությամբ։

Նշենք, որ այսօր երեկոյան՝ ժամը 19։00-ին, Շառլ Ազնավուրի հրապարակում, «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի բակում «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը կանցկացնի հավաք։ Ավարտին կհնչի Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանի կատարմամբ երգը, որի խոսքերի հեղինակն ինքն է։
