Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 33-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ ուղերձ է հղել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, նշվում է.

«Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

1990 թվականի օգոստոսի 23-ին Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհուրդն ընդունեց Հռչակագիր Հայաստանի անկախության մասին, եւ այսօր նշում ենք այդ իրադարձության 33-րդ տարեդարձը:

Անկախության հռչակագիրը շրջադարձային փաստաթուղթ է, որով հիմք դրվեց մեր այսօրվա պետականությանը: Այն ընդունվեց 1988 թվականից ծավալվող Ղարաբաղյան շարժման գագաթնակետին, Խորհրդային Միությունում թեւածող տնտեսական, քաղաքական, գաղափարական ճգնաժամի պայմաններում:

2020 թվականի պատերազմից առաջ ու հատկապես պատերազմից հետո բազմիցս եմ ընթերցել եւ վերընթերցել Հռչակագրի տեքստը: Եվ պետք է խոստովանեմ, ետպատերազմյան ընթերցումներս որոշակիորեն տարբերվել են նախապատերազմյան ընթերցումներից:

Հռչակագրի տեքստի քննական վերլուծությունն ի ցույց է դնում, որ մենք ի վերջո ընտրել ենք այնպիսի խոսույթ եւ բովանդակություն, որի հիմքում դրված է մեզ Խորհրդային Միություն մաս դարձրած բանաձեւը. խոսքը տարածաշրջանային միջավայրի հետ կոնֆրոնտացիոն խոսույթի մասին է, որ մեզ անընդհատ կոնֆլիկտների մեջ էր պահելու մեր հարեւանների հետ:

Անկախության հռչակագրով մենք հռչակեցինք Խորհրդային Միությունից հեռանալու ուղեգիծը, բայց եւ փակեցինք Խորհրդային Միությունից հեռանալու մեր բոլոր ճանապարհները, ասել է, թե 20-րդ դարավերջին ընդունված Անկախության հռչակագրով որդեգրեցինք մի բանաձեւ, որը 20-րդ դարասկզբին մեզ արդեն իսկ բերել էր անկախության կորստի:
