«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թշնամու կողմից Արցախի պաշարման օղակն ավելի է սեղմվում: Ադրբեջանական կողմը որոշակի գործողությունների է դիմում՝ Արցախը նաև տեղեկատվական պաշարման ենթարկելու նպատակով: Մասնավորապես, դեռ անցած շաբաթ տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ այդ օրվա երեկոյան Բերձորի միջանցքում Ադրբեջանի տեղակայած ապօրինի հսկիչ-անցագրային կետի մոտ ադրբեջանական կողմը խափանել (կտրել) է ինտերնետ կապի օպտիկամանրաթելային մալուխը: Բացի այդ, ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ չի տվել, որ Արցախի կապի մասնագետները ռուսական խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ մոտենան և նորոգեն վնասված մալուխը: Դե, դա ինքնըստինքյան հասկանալի է. էլ ինչո՞ւ էին վնասում, որ մի հատ էլ թույլ տային մոտենալ:

Չնայած դրան, Արցախում ինտերնետ կապ որոշակի չափով դեռ կա, ինչի մասին վկայում են արցախցի օգտատերերի սոցցանցային գրառումները: Բայց այն, որ թշնամին դիմում է ու շարունակելու է դիմել որոշակի խափանարար գործողությունների՝ արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կանոնավոր հեռահաղորդակցային կապը կտրելու կամ հնարավորինս խաթարելու համար, կարծում ենք, ինքնին ենթադրվող է: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հանցավոր մտադրություններն ու քայլերը, կապի խափանումը այդ ոճրագործության բաղկացուցիչ տարրերից մեկն է: Ի դեպ, հաղորդվում է նաև, որ սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Ստեփանակերտում և Արցախի տարածքում «Սպուտնիկ Արմենիայի» հաղորդումների վերահեռարձակումը դադարեցնելու մասին դեռևս հուլիսին որոշում է կայացրել ռուսական «Ռոսիա սեգոդնյա» («Ռուսաստանն այսօր») միջազգային լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Հասկանալի է, որ դա էլ իր հերթին Արցախը տեղեկատվական բլոկադայի ենթարկելուն ուղղված քայլ է: Հնարավոր է՝ նման որոշում կայացվել է ադրբեջանական կողմի ճնշման տակ, բայց դրանից նշված փաստն ավելի «թեթև» չի դառնում: Կարծում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը նաև տեղեկատվական, հեռահաղորդակցական բլոկադայի ենթարկելուն ուղղված ոճրագործ քայլերի վրա ևս պետք է հատուկ ուշադրություն հրավիրել: Ամեն ինչից բացի, տեղեկատվական բլոկադային ուղղված գործողությունները նաև ռազմական ագրեսիայի դիմելու նախապատրաստական քայլ կարող են ընկալվել:
