«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հեծանիվ չենք հայտնագործի, եթե նշենք, որ իշխանությունը փորձելու է ամեն գնով հաղթել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում ու դրա համար չի խնայում և չի խնայելու ոչինչ, անգամ մեր` հարկատուներիս գումարները։ Ի մասնավորի, փոխքաղաքապետ նշանակվելուց և դե ֆակտո «քաղաքապետացու» դառնալուց հետո Տիգրան Ավինյանը միանգամից սկսեց MAN ավտոբուսների ձեռքբերման գործընթացը։
Ինչ խոսք, նոր ավտոբուսները բավականին տպավորիչ են՝ մեծ, հարմար, գերմանական, նույնիսկ օդորակիչով, բայց որքա՞ն է դա արժեցել երևանցիների վրա. 20 միլիոն եվրո (ևս 5 միլիոն եվրո Երևանը որպես դրամաշնորհ է ստացել ԵՄ Արևել յան գործընկերության շրջանակներում), որի համար մայրաքաղաքային բյուջեից վճարվելու է տարիներ շարունակ։ Փաստորեն, Ավինյանի մեկ MAN ավտոբուսը Երևանի բյուջեին արժեցել է հսկայական գումար` շուրջ 280 հազար եվրո։
Արդյո՞ք սոցիալական այս ծանր խնդիրների ֆոնին չկար առավել օպտիմալ և մատչելի լուծում։ Այսպես, նախկինում՝ Հայկ Մարությանի օրոք գնված ավտոբուսները, այդ թվում՝ նոր մոդելի «Գազելները» գուցե MAN ավտոբուսների նման լայն ու ընդարձակ չեն, բայց լուծում են իրենց առջև դրված հիմնական խնդիրը՝ քաղաքացին դրանցում կռացած չի երթևեկում, ինչպես նաև իրենց ծավալներով ավելի են համապատասխանում մեր երթևեկությանը, իսկ քաղաքն էլ ահռելի գումարներ չէր ծախսում գերմանական շքեղության վրա, որն առնվազն հիմա ժամանակավրեպ է համարվում։ Մի ուրիշ հարց է դրանց սպասարկումը. գերմանական MAN-երը սպասարկման, պահեստամասերի տեսանկյունից միանշանակ մի քանի անգամ ավելի «թանկ պահվող» են:
Շատերի համոզմամբ, Երևանի պես սոցիալական, քաղաքաշինական, կոմունալ ու բազում այլ խնդիրներ ունեցող քաղաքի համար MAN-երի գնման և սպասարկման վրա ծախսվող գումարները շատ ավելի նպատակային կարող էին օգտագործվել։ Բայց էլ ինչ իշխանական քարոզարշավ` առանց շքեղ, թանկ նախընտրական «նվերի»։ Ահա թե ինչու քպականները՝ ի դեմս Ավինյանի, ընտրեցին հենց չարդարացված ճոխ ավտոբուսները։
