Երեկ ես և մեր կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները քաղաքացիների հետ Երևանու ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրություններին ընդառաջ առաջինը հանդիպել ենք պատերազմի հետևանքով Արցախից տեղահանված և ներկայումս Հայաստանում ժամանակավորապես ապաստանած մի խումբ հադրութցիների հետ:
 
Հարց ու պատասխանի ընթացքում ծանոթացանք հադրութցիների խնդիրներին, լսեցինք
նրանց, կարևորեցինք այդ խնդիրներին համապատասխան և արժանապատիվ լուծումներ գտնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
 
Նշել եմ, որ բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրվեն մասնավորապես Երևանում ժամանակավոր բնակություն հաստատած արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցների, այդ թվում՝ հադրութցիների համար կեցության և աշխատանքի հնարավորություններ ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, հատկապես որ նրանցից շատերն աշխատանքային զգալի փորձառություն և մասնագիտական հմտություններ ունեն:
 
Համառոտ ներկայացրել եմ այդ խնդիրների լուծման վերաբերյալ իմ և մեր կուսակցության տեսլականը, որը առանձին կետով տեղ է գտել «Հաղթանակ» կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագրում՝ «Վիկտորի պլան»-ում, և հույս հայտնել, որ ընտրություններում հաջողությունը հնարավորություն կընձեռի կյանքի կոչել այն:
