Իրանում հավանություն են տվել հիջաբ կրելու մասին օրենքի խստացմանը

Իրանի խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովը հավանություն է տվել պարտադիր կարգով հիջաբ կրելու օրենքը խախտելու համար պատիժների խստացմանը։

Հաջորդ փուլում նոր օրենքը կներկայացվի Սահմանադրության պահապանների խորհրդին՝ պահպանողական հոգևորականներից կազմված վերահսկող մարմնին։
Ինչպես հաղորդել է CNN հեռուստաալիքը, օրինագիծը բաղկացած է 70 հոդվածից, որոնք նախատեսում են շատ ավելի խոշոր տուգանքների և երկարաժամկետ բանտային պատիժների սահմանում այն կանանց համար, որոնք հրաժարվում են հիջաբ կրել, նոր խիստ պատիժներ՝ հայտնի անձանց ու օրենքը խախտող ընկերությունների համար, ինչպես նաև արհեստական ինտելեկտի օգտագործում՝ հիջաբ կրելու կանոնները խախտող կանանց հայտնաբերելու համար:
Իրանական ներկայիս օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ այդ կանոնների խախտման համար սպառնում է 10 օրից մինչև երկու ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկում կամ 50 հազարից մինչև 500 հազար իրանական ռիալի (1-ից 10 եվրո) չափով տուգանք: Օրենքների նոր փաթեթը նախատեսում է հինգից մինչև տասը տարի ժամկետով բանտային կալանք, ինչպես նաև մինչև 360 միլիոն իրանական ռիալի (7800 եվրո) չափով տուգանք:
Օրենսդրության խստացումը դարձավ երկրի ղեկավարության պատասխանը 2022 թ. բողոքի ակցիաներին։ Ցույցերի պատճառ էր դարձել Իրանի բարքերի ոստիկանության կողմից հիջաբը սխալ կրելու համար բերման ենթարկված 22-ամյա Մահսա Ամինիի մահը։ Երկրի իշխանությունները ճնշել են բողոքի ցույցերը։
Ինչպես նշում է գերմանական dpa գործակալությունը, չնայած ցույցերի դադարեցմանը՝ բազմաթիվ կանայք շարունակում են դիմադրել հիջաբ կրելու պահանջին։ Ի պատասխան՝ իշխանություններն արդեն մի քանի ամիս է՝ պատրաստում են ավելի կոշտ պատասխան միջոցների սահմանում։
