Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) շարունակում է մնալ միակ մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունը, որը գործում է Լաչինի միջանցքում՝ աճող մարդասիրական կարիքները բավարարելու համար: Այս մասին նշված է կազմակերպության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
 
Նշվում է, որ դեղորայքի վերջին մատակարարումը տեղի է ունեցել հուլիսի 7-ին, իսկ սննդամթերքի վերջին մատակարարումը՝ հունիսի 14-ին: ԿԽՄԿ-ն կոչ է անում որոշում կայացնողներին փոխզիջում գտնել և հնարավոր դարձնել հրատապ անհրաժեշտ հումանիտար մատակարարումների վերսկսումը:
 
2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2023 թվականի օգոստոս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ԿԽՄԿ-ին տրամադրված օգնությունը.

    ԿԽՄԿ թիմերի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքով բժշկական օգնության կարիք ունեցող ավելի քան 700 մարդ Է տարհանվել, այդ թվում ՝ 41 մարդ այս ամսվա սկզբին:

    Նպաստել է Լաչինի միջանցքով 600 մարդու, այդ թվում ՝ 230 անչափահասների անվտանգ անցմանը՝ բաժանված ընտանիքների վերամիավորման նպատակով:
  •  
    Մարդասիրական օգնություն տեղափոխող 77 բեռնատարների, այդ թվում ՝ 900 տոննա դեղորայքի առաքում բժշկական հաստատություններին: Սա ներառում է 3 բժշկական հավաքածուի նվիրատվություն 3 հիվանդանոցներին, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը պարունակում է դեղորայք և պարագաներ ՝ 3 ամսվա ընթացքում 1000 մարդու կարիքները բավարարելու համար:

    Շուրջ 10,000 սննդի և հիգիենայի հավաքածուներ է տրամադրել կարիքավոր մարդկանց, ներառյալ հղի կանանց և տարբեր հաստատությունների, ինչպիսիք են ֆիզիկական վերականգնողական կենտրոնը, անապահով տարեցների հաստատությունը, երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոնը և առողջապահական հաստատությունները, որոնք նույնպես ստացել են դեղորայք և մանկական սնունդ:

    Ավելի քան 3000 լիտր դիզելային վառելիք ՝ շտապօգնության ծառայություններին աջակցելու համար:
  •  
    Ավելի քան 1500 տոննա ցորենի ալյուրի, 20 000 լիտր արևածաղկի ձեթի և ավելի քան 40 տոննա շաքարի և հնդկաձավարի մատակարարում հաց թխելու համար:
  •  
    154 տոննա կարտոֆիլի սերմեր և 21 տոննա եգիպտացորենի և սոխի սերմեր ՝ տեղական արտադրությանը աջակցելու համար: Բացի այդ, ԿԽՄԿ-ն գնել է 10 000 հավաքածու բանջարեղեն և կանաչ սերմեր, որոնք բաժանվել են 96 գյուղական համայնքների:

    Խմելու ջրի անվտանգ բաշխման համար նախատեսված 2 ջրի պոմպեր և մաքրող միջոցներ են նվիրաբերվել տեղական ջրամատակարարման վարչությանը: Ամենամեծ բնակավայրը սպասարկող ջրամատակարարման կառավարման համար մատակարարվել է խմելու ջրի վերլուծության լաբորատոր սարքավորումներ:
 
«1992 թվականից ներկա լինելով Հարավային Կովկասում՝ ԿԽՄԿ-ն պատրաստ է հանդես գալ որպես չեզոք միջնորդ և աջակցել մարդասիրական հարցերի լուծմանը»,-հայտնում են կոմիտեից։
