Ոսկերչությամբ ու ադամանդագործությամբ զբաղվողներին կտրամադրվի մատչելի հումք

Ոսկերչությամբ ու ադամանդագործությամբ զբաղվող տնտեսվարողները «Հայ-Ալմաստ» ՓԲԸ-ի միջոցով համեմատաբար մատչելի հումք ձեռք կբերեն։ Այս մասին այսօր որոշում ընդունվեց ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում, հարցը չզեկուցվող էր։
Ըստ կառավարության պարզաբանման` այս որոշումը կխնայի տնտեսվարողների ժամանակը և կապահովի արտադրողականության անխափան աշխատանքը:
«Ծրագրի արդյունքում որակական առումով կունենանք արտադրական և արտահանման ծավալների աճ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գործող ընկերությունների արտադրողականության բարձրացում, հումքի մատչելի ինքնարժեք, ծավալների աճի արդյունքում ստեղծվող նոր աշխատատեղեր»,–ասված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ։
Կառավարությունը վստահ է, որ արդյունքում տարեկան 15-20 օժանդակություն ստացած ընկերություններ կլինեն։
Նախագծի ընդունման կապակցությամբ չի նախատեսվում պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի ավելացում:
