Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Անչափ դժվար է Հայաստանում կամ Սփյուռքում ապրողների համար` գրել այս մասին: Հոգեբանորեն ծանր է, երբ դու շրջափակման մեջ չես, ունես բնականոն կյանքի համար բավարար պայմաններ, ու փորձում ես թեկուզ խոսքերով քաջալերել կյանքի ու Հայրենիքի համար պայքարողներին: Վստահ եմ, որ հայության գերակշիռ մասը, ամեն պահի, հոգով ու մտքով Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների հետ է:

Տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ լիակատար պաշարման մեջ հայտնված Արցախը` միայնակ, ինքն իր ուժերով ու սահմանափակ ռեսուրսներով պայքարում է բոլորիս համար: Գիտակցող մարդիկ բացահայտ խոստովանում են, որ 120.000 մեր հայրենակիցները, պայքարելով ապրում են մեր հայրենիքի այն հատվածում, որից կախված է նաև մայր Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը:

Չգիտակցողներին պետք է բացատրել, որ Արցախում ապրող յուրաքանչյուր հայրենակից, անուղղակի կերպով պայքարում է Լոս Անջելեսից մինչև Վլադիվոստոկ սփռված մեր հայրենակցների` ազգային պետություն ունենալու իրավունքի համար:

Մինչ մենք Երևանում, Գյումրիում, Վանաձորում կամ այլուր զբաղված ենք մեր գործերով, իր հողին կառչած և սեփական ուժերով սովի դեմ պայքարող արցախցին` պայքարում է նաև Հայաստանի անվտանգության ու ապագայի համար:

Նիկոլենք դաժան փորձության են մատնել արցախահայությանը, որպեսզի այդ կերպ երկարաձգեն իրենց աղետաբեր իշխանությունն ու փորձեն «ապահովագրել» Հայաստանը:

Այնինչ, եթե լսեին ընդդիմությանը` այսօր բոլորովին այլ իրավիճակ կլիներ և´ Արցախի, և´ Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար:

Բոլորս մեկ մարդու պես պարտավոր ենք գնահատել արցախահայության դիմադրությունն ու աննահանջ պայքարը:

Յուրաքանչյուր մեկը, ով չհասկանալով, հրապարակային որևէ ծուռ խոսք կասի Արցախում ապրող հայրենակիցների մասին` պետք է կոպիտ սաստել ու անարգել:

Լրատվամիջոցներին խնդրում եմ, ոչ մի կերպ չլուսաբանեն այն եզակի քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր նիկոլաբար կասեն, որ «Արցախը Ադրբեջանինն է»: Դա միայն Նիկոլին է հարիր:

Նույնիսկ իր թիմակիցներն ամոթից շիկնում են, երբ դեմ առ դեմ քննադատում ես Նիկոլի կապիտուլյացիոն, կործանարար «քաղաքականությունը»»:
