Ստեփանակերտում այսօրվանից գործում է բարեգործական ճաշարան՝ շրջափակման հետեւանքով ստեղծված սոցիալական իրավիճակը մեղմելու եւ բնակչության առավել տուժած խմբերին սննդով ապահովելու նպատակով: Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը:

Ճաշարանը գործելու է «Պարկ հոթել» հյուրանոցի տարածքում՝ օգտագործելով շրջափակման հետեւանքով արդեն չգործող հյուրանոցի ճաշարանային ու խոհանոցային հնարավորությունները:

Ծրագիրը, որը նախաձեռնել է «Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման` սոցիալական ոլորտով զբաղվող աշխատանքային խումբը, իրականացվում է «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության միջոցով եւ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի օրհնությամբ ու ներգրավվածությամբ:

Հանրային սննդի ծառայություն մատուցող մասնավոր ընկերություններից մեկի հետ կնքվել է ծառայության մատուցման պայմանագիր, եւ վերջինս պարտավորվել է  օրական մեկ անգամ սնունդով ապահովել ծրագրի շահառուներին:

Ծրագրի գաղափարն առաջարկվել է՝  հաշվի առնելով, որ այսպիսի սոցիալական-բարեգործական ճաշարաններ գործում են տարբեր երկրներում: Դժվարին իրավիճակներում դրանք ոչ միայն ուղղված են խոցելի խմբերին հնարավորինս աջակցելուն, այլեւ հոգեբանական նշանակություն ունեն, եւ ստեղծում են նաեւ շփման միջավայր՝ թույլ չտալով մարդկանց պարփակվել:

Հաշվի է առնվել նաեւ այն, որ առանձին սոցիալական  խմբերի  սնունդ բաշխելու տեխնիկական հնարավորություն չկա, բայց հնարավորություն կա սուղ մթերքից ճաշատեսակ պատրաստել եւ մատուցել մարդկանց: Այս իրողություններում ամեն ինչ արվելու է, որպեսզի ավելի շատ մարդիկ կարողանան օգտվել ծրագրից: Այդ նպատակով կամավորներն արդեն պատրաստի ուտելիքը հասցնելու են այն մարդկանց, որոնք ի վիճակի չեն լինի ճաշարան այցելել: «Մենք հոգ ենք տանելու, որպեսզի հարմարավետ միջավայր ստեղծվի մարդկանց համար, իսկ ճաշարանն ամեն օր ապահովվի սնունդով: Այսօր մենք այնպիսի իրավիճակում ենք, որ առավելագույնս պետք է սատար կանգնենք միմյանց»,- ասել  է «Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման կոմիտեի անդամ Հայկ  Ավանեսյանը:

Ճաշարանի տարածքն ընտրվել է՝ հաշվի առելով նաեւ, որ այն գտնվում է Ստեփանակերտի Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու մայր տաճարի հարեւանությամբ, եւ հոգեւորականները  նույնպես այցելելու են քաղաքացիներին՝ շփվելու նրանց հետ: Ուշագրավ է, որ այսօր առաջին ճաշը մատուցելուց առաջ օրհնության կարգ է կատարվել:

Ճաշարանը մարդկանց սպասարկելու է ժամը 13.00-16.00-ի հատվածում: Ծրագրի  շահառու կարող են դառնալ մինչեւ 16 տարեկան երեխաներն ու նրանց ուղեկցողները, ինչպես նաեւ հղի կանայք ու 65 տարեկանից բարձր տարեցները:

Հնարավորության դեպքում ծրագիրն ընդլայնվելու է. նախատեսվում է եւս մեկ նման կետ բացել Ստեփանակերտի  Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցու հարեւանությամբ:

Ծրագրի մանրամասներին հնարավոր է ծանոթանալ՝  զանգահարելով 3333 կարճ համարին։
