Պատերազմից հինգ է պակաս. դա են վկայում Ադրբեջանի վերջին կեղծ հայտարարությունները, թե իբր Հայաստանը խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը։ Այդ մասին MediaHub.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ռազմական փորձագետ Դավիթ Ջամալյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ դա պարզ տրամաբանություն է, երբ ագրեսորը կեղծ լուրեր է տարածում, որպեսզի ապագայում միջազգային հանրության մոտ արդարացումներ ունենա, թեև ալիևյան ռեժիմը թքած ունի միջազգային կարծիքի վրա, քանի որ ունի Արևմուտքի բացարձակ աջակցությունը՝ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի նկատմամբ պատերազմ սանձազերծելու առումով։

«Իրականում շատ բարդ իրավիճակ է, եթե ավելի պատկերավոր ասենք՝ պատերազմից հինգ է պակաս, և ես ուղղակի չգիտեմ, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանով մեր երկիրն այդ հերթական փորձությունից ինչ կորուստներով է դուրս գալու»,- կարծիք հայտնեց նա։ 

Ռազմական փորձագետի դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանի դեմ ագրեսիայի պատեհ պահը որոշվելու է ռուս-ուկրաինական ճակատում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներով. «Թշնամին կհարձակվի այն դեպքում, երբ ռուս-ուկրաինական ճակատում վիճակն ավելի սրվի, մյուս կողմից էլ Իրանն ինչ-որ չափով ու ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով տվյալ պահին թուլացած լինի։ Այսինքն՝ երկու զսպող գործոններն այդ պահին չլինեն»,- նկատեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ երբ ռուսական կողմը բեկում մտցնի այս վիճակում, ապա Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիայի հավանականությունը շեշտակի կնվազի։ 

Դավիթ Ջամալյանի կարծիքով՝ Ադրբեջանի համար հիմա ամենապատեհ պահն է, երբ դեռ ռուս-ուկրաինական ճակատում վերջնական բեկումը հօգուտ ՌԴ-ի մտցված չէ։ 

«Եվ ամենակարևորը, երբ ՀՀ իշխանության ղեկին դեռ Փաշինյանն է, սա սկուտեղի վրա մատուցվող նվեր է ագրեսոր Ադրբեջանին։ Ուստի թշնամին գտնելու է մի այնպիսի պահ, որ ՌԴ-ն հատուկ միջամտելու հնարավորություն չունենա։ Բայց եթե նախորդ տարի, երբ ռուս-ուկրաինական ճակատում ավելի լարված էր, բայց ՌԴ-ն Ջերմուկի հայտնի դեպքերի պահին կարողացավ ակտիվ միջամտություն ունենալ, ապա հիմա էլ կարող է»,- վստահ է փորձագետը։ Ըստ նրա՝ ՌԴ-ն իր դիրքերը ՀՀ-ում չկորցնելու համար հայկական կողմին մենակ չի թողնի։ 

«Իրենց ռազմավարական շահն էլ է դա ենթադրում։ Եթե վիճակը չվերահսկվի, ապա երկրորդ ճակատը բացվելու է ՌԴ հարավում՝ Դաղստանի սահմաններին»,- ասաց ռազմական փորձագետը։ Ջամալյանը ցավով է նշում, որ մեր երկրի պաշտպանության հարցում մեր հույսը դաշնակիցն է, բայց այս փուլում, երբ մեր պետականությունը ոչնչացման եզրին է, միակ հույսը դա է։

«Ռուսաստանը հապաղում է, Արցախում մենք տեսնում ենք՝ բլոկադան շարունակվում է։ Խնդիրն այլ է․ մինչև 2025 թվականն այստեղ սպասվում են զարգացումներ, բայց ՌԴ-ն չի հեռանալու ո՛չ Արցախից ու ո՛չ էլ Հայաստանից։ Երկրորդ ճակատի բացումն էլ է անխուսափելի, բայց դա իրեն ձեռնտու է, որ կսկսվի Ուկրաինայի հետ ճակատում բեկում մտցնելուց հետո, իսկ դա լինելու է ոչ շատ ուշ՝ մեկ-երկու ամսում։ Ուստի Ադրբեջանը շտապում է, քանի որ այդքան ժաման ունի։ Պետք է սպասել ադրբեջանական հատվածին հենց հիմա»,- ամփոփեց խոսքը ռազմական փորձագետ Դավիթ Ջամալյանը։
