Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

«Ջերմագին շնորհավորանքներ եմ հղում Ձեզ՝ Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Դարեր շարունակ անկախության համար մղվող՝ հնդիկ ժողովրդի պայքարը փաստում է ինքնիշխան և ժողովրդավար պետություն ունենալու գերակա արժեքի մասին, արժեք, որը մեր երկու ժողովուրդների ավանդական բարեկամական կապերի և փոխադարձ հարգանքի հիմքում է ընկած:

Մեր վերջին հանդիպման ժամանակ հանձնառություն ստանձնեցինք լավագույնս իրացնելու ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև առկա ներուժը, և այժմ կարող ենք հպարտությամբ արձանագրել, որ հայ-հնդկական դարավոր բարեկամությունը թևակոխել է որակապես նոր փուլ, ինչի վկայությունն է մեր երկրների միջև երկկողմ օրակարգի և երկխոսության ակտիվացումը:

Մենք կարևորում ենք ժողովրդավարական արժեքների կրող Հնդկաստանի դերակատարության բարձրացումը գլոբալ քաղաքականության մեջ և սատարում միջազգային ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների օրակարգի առաջմղման գործում Հնդկաստանի ջանքերին:

Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում մեր երկրների փոխգործակցությունն առավել կամրապնդվի, ինչին էապես

կնպաստեն կողմերի միջև բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները: Եվս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ Ձեզ հարմար ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստան այցելելու իմ հրավերը:

Ձերդ գերազանցություն, օգտվելով առիթից, մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և նորանոր հաջողություններ, իսկ Հնդկաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ ամենայն բարիք և բարօրություն»:
