ԼՂ–ում իրավիճակի սրումով Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է նաև այդ ուղղությամբ միջազգային հանրության ջանքերին. Միրզոյանը՝ Էստոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարին
POLITICSՕգոստոսի 14-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Էստոնիայի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մարգուս Ցահքնայի հետ, հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ–ից։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մանրամասները՝ նշելով, Ադրբեջանը նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ից ապօրինաբար արգելափակել է Լաչինի միջանցքը, իսկ արդեն հունիսի 15-ից ԼՂ 120 հազար բնակչությունը գտնվում է լիակատար պաշարման մեջ: Նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ խաթարվում է նաև ԼՂ մուտք ունեցող միակ միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպության՝ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հումանիտար գործունեությունը՝ վտանգի տակ դնելով հրատապ բժշկական աջակցության կարիք ունեցող անձանց կյանքերը: Նախարար Միրզոյանը հավելել է, որ բուժման նպատակով ԿԽՄԿ ուղեկցությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից Հայաստան տեղափոխման նվազագույն հնարավորության պարագայում Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է ահաբեկման այնպիսի քայլեր, ինչպիսին էր հուլիսի 29-ին ԼՂ բնակիչ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի առևանգումն ադրբեջանական սահմանապահ ծառայության կողմից:
Ընդգծվել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակումը խախտում է ոչ միայն 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերը, այլ նաև Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի փետրվարի 22-ի և հուլիսի 6-ի որոշումները: Բարձր գնահատելով միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից մինչ օրս արված հասցեական հայտարարությունները՝ նախարար Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԵՄ և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների կողմից հստակ քայլերի կարևորությունը: Նախարարը նաև անդրադարձել է արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու նպատակով ՄԱԿ ԱԽ Հայաստանի դիմումին:
Վերահաստատելով Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը տարածաշրջանում երկարատև կայունություն հաստատելու հարցում՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի սրումով Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է նաև այդ ուղղությամբ միջազգային հանրության ջանքերին:
