Այն բանից հետո, երբ նիկոլական «Баграмян 26» թելեգրամյան ալիքը «ավետեց» Ադրբեջանի մոտալուտ հարձակումը Հայաստանի վրա՝ այն շաղկապելով Հայաստանի՝ ՄԱԿ ԱԽ դիմելու հետ, Ադրեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն է հիմա էլ կեղծ ու սադրիչ տեղեկություններ տարածել այն մասին, թե իբր վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի սպառազինության, այլ զինտեխնիկայի և անձնակազմի մեծածավալ կուտակումներ են նկատվում: Բաքուն հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը նպատակ ունի՝ ռազմական արկածախնդրության դիմելու: «Ելնելով դրանից՝ Ադրբեջանը իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում պաշտպանել իր ինքնիշխանությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ և միջազգային իրավունքի այլ համընդհանուր փաստաթղթերով նախատեսված բոլոր օրինական միջոցներով»,-մասնավորապես՝ ասված է Հայաստանի սահմանների ողջ երկայնքով լրջագույն ուժեր կուտակած թշնամու հայտարարության մեջ:

Ադրբեջանը մոտալուտ պատերազմի՞ է պատրաստվում, թե՞ խնդիրը շանտաժի ենթարկելն է միջազգային հանրությանն ու Հայաստանին.բաքուն մտավախություն ունի գուցե, որ ՄԱԿ ԱԽ դիմումի հետևանքով ինքը կարող է հայտնվել վատ իրավիճակում, ու որպեսի հնարավոր լինի կանխել իր համար պատային սցենարը, գուցե որոշել է ի լուր բոլորի սուր ճոճել ու հասկացնել՝ կա՛մ թեման «ջրում են», կա՛մ ինքը պատերազմ է սկսում:

Չնայած բացառված չէ, որ Բաքվում իսկապես լուրջ են տրամադրված՝ առնվազն ասենք անկլավների խնդիրն ուժային սցենարով փակելու: Այս սցենարը, եթե իրականություն դառնա, ձեռնտու կլինի նաև Նիկոլին. Պապիկյան Սուրիկին կհրահանգի նահանջել, պատերազմով տարածքները կզիջեն, հետո մեղքը կբարդեն բանակի վրա ու թեման կփակեն: Արդյունքում Նիկոլը դուրս կգա «հայրենասեր», որ այդպես էլ թղթով անկլավները չտվեց, բանակն էլ կկարգվի մեղավոր ու կգանակոծվի, որ Նիկոլի հրահանգները լավ չկատարեց:
