Իսրայելական «Haaretz» օրաթերթն այս տարվա մարտին հրապարակել էր մի հետաքննություն, ըստ որի՝ ադրբեջանական բեռնատար ինքնաթիռները 2016 թվականից մինչեւ 2023 թ. մարտ առնվազն 92 անգամ վայրէջք են կատարել Իսրայելի «Օվդա» ավիաբազայում: Ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռների վայրէջքներն այստեղ ուշագրավ են նրանով, որ «Օվդան», «Haaretz»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Իսրայելում միակ աերոդրոմն է, որի միջոցով օդային ճանապարհով պայթուցիկներ են ներմուծվում այդ երկիր կամ այնտեղից արտահանվում:

«Հետք»-ն իր հերթին ուսումնասիրել է «Haaretz»-ի հրապարակումից հետո կայացած նույնատիպ չվերթերը եւ պարզել, որ ապրիլ-հունիս ամիսներին տեղի է ունեցել եւս 4 թռիչք դեպի «Օվդա»:

Ելնելով աերոդրոմի բացառիկությունից՝ կարելի է ասել, որ այն ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի զարգացած ռազմարդյունաբերություն ունեցող Իսրայելի եւ այս ոլորտում նրա գործընկեր երկրների համար: «Haaretz»-ը նշում է, որ պայթուցիկների տեղափոխումը Իսրայելի գլխավոր՝ Թել Ավիվի «Բեն Գուրիոն» օդանավակայանի միջոցով արգելված է, քանի որ այն գտնվում է խիտ բնակեցված գոտում: Փոխարենը պետք է նկատել, որ «Օվդան» երկրի հարավային անապատային հատվածում է՝ Էյլաթ քաղաքից մոտ 45 կմ հյուսիս: 1980 թ. կառուցված «Օվդան» նախկինում ոչ միայն ռազմական ավիացիային էր ծառայում, այլեւ ընդունում էր քաղաքացիական չվերթեր՝ սպասարկելով Էյլաթ քաղաքն ու հարակից բնակավայրերը: Սակայն 2019 թվականից այն միայն ռազմական աերոդրոմ է՝ ավիաբազա:

Ըստ «Haaretz»-ի՝ տարիներ շարունակ միայն մի քանի արեւելաեվրոպական ավիափոխադրողներ են իրավունք ստացել օգտվել «Օվդայից»՝ տեղափոխելով պայթուցիկներ: Դրանցից մեկն ադրբեջանական «Silk Way Airlines» բեռնափոխադրող ավիաընկերությունն է, որն, ինչպես ասվեց վերեւում, 2016-ից մինչ օրս «Օվդայում» կատարել է առնվազն 96 վայրէջք:

«Haaretz»-ը հրապարակել է նաեւ Իսրայելի քաղավիացիոն իշխանության ղեկավարի 2013 թ. հոկտեմբերին տված այն թույլտվությունը, որը «Silk Way Airlines»-ին իրավունք է տալիս «Օվդայից» տեղափոխել «պայթուցիկ սուբստանցիա, որը դասակարգված է իբրեւ վտանգավոր եւ արգելված է տեղափոխել օդով»: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք փաստաթղթից, այն նախատեսված է եղել 2013 թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին «Օվդայից» դեպի ադրբեջանական «Նասոսնայա» ավիաբազա (գտնվում է Սումգայիթի հարեւանությամբ) թռիչքի համար: Տեղափոխվող պայթուցիկ նյութի մաքուր առավելագույն քաշը, ըստ թույլտվության, սահմանվել է 15 տոննա:    

«Silk Way Airlines»-ը հիմնադրվել է 2001 թ.: Թռիչքներում օգտագործվող դրա միջազգային կոդերն են՝ ZP (IATA) եւ AZQ (ICAO), ազդականչը՝ «SILK LINE», սակայն «Haaretz»-ը նշում է, որ դեպի «Օվդա» թռիչքների ժամանակ երբեմն կիրառվել է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ազդականչը: Սա նշանակում է, որ այդ թռիչքները կատարվել են հենց բանակի անունից:

«Haaretz»-ը նաեւ գրել է, որ 2016 թ. «Silk Way Airlines»-ին թույլատրվել է շարունակել վայրէջքները «Օվդայում», չնայած դրա ինքնաթիռները չեն համապատասխանում Իսրայելի ավիացիոն աղմուկի ստանդարտներին: Նկատենք, որ այս բեռնափոխադրողը ներկայում շահագործում է ռուսական «Իլ-76ՏԴ» (3 հատ, արտադրված են 1990-ականներին) եւ «Իլ-76ՏԴ-90» (2 հատ, արտադրված են 2007 եւ 2008 թթ.) ինքնաթիռներ, որոնցից առաջին տեսակի բեռնատարողությունը 50 տ է, իսկ երկրորդինը՝ 60 տ: Բացի դրանից՝ 2 հատ «Իլ-76ՏԴ-90»-ները մոդեռնիզացված են հենց ադրբեջանական կողմի պատվերով ու համապատասխանում են ICAO-ի ավիացիոն աղմուկի ներկա ստանդարտներին, որոնք առավել խիստ են, քան նախկինում եղել են:

Իսրայելական պարբերականը հրապարակել է «Silk Way Airlines»-ի կողմից դեպի «Օվդա» թռիչքների քանակական տվյալները՝ ըստ 2016-2023 թթ. կիսամյակների: Ինֆոգրաֆիկան ցույց է տալիս, որ թռիչքները դեպի «Օվդա» հաճախակիացել են այն ժամանակ, երբ ռազմական գործողություններ են ընթացել Արցախում կամ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին:
