Կրեմլը ցանկանում է ազգայնացնել «Yandex»-ը․ ISW

Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են ազգայնացնել «Յանդեքսը» (Yandex), որպեսզի վերահսկեն տեղեկատվական տարածքը՝ 2024 թվականի ՌԴ նախագահական ընտրություններին նախապատրաստվելու համար։ Այս մասին գրում է Պատերազմի ուսումնասիրության ինստիտուտը (ISW)։
Նշվում է, որ «Յանդեքսը», հավանաբար, փորձում էր հավասարակշռություն պահպանել Կրեմլի և իր օտարերկրյա ղեկավար մարմինների միջև, բայց հիմա, կարծես, թե տանուլ է տալիս Կրեմլի դեմ պայքարում։
Կրեմլը, կարծես թե, ստիպում է «Յանդեքսին» վաճառել կամ հեռու մնալ միջազգային դուստր ձեռնարկություններից, ներառյալ Yango Israel տաքսի ծառայությունից, որպեսզի կատարի Ռուսաստանի տվյալների բացահայտման մասին օրենքները, որոնք «Յանդեքսից» պահանջում են տրամադրել օգտատերերի բոլոր տվյալները (ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի օգտատերերի) Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայությանը։
Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը նախկինում տուգանել է «Յանդեքսին» այս օրենքը չկատարելու համար՝ չնայած «Յանդեքսի» պնդումներին, որ չի կարող տրամադրել պահանջվող տվյալները։
Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը նաև նախկինում տուգանել էր «Յանդեքսի» գործադիր տնօրեն Արտեմ Սավինովսկուն՝ ռուսական գրաքննության մասին օրենքները չկատարելու համար՝ հավանաբար փորձելով ստիպել «Յանդեքսին» համապատասխանել ռուսական գրաքննության օրենքներին ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանում, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհում՝ նրա գլոբալ գործունեությունը և օգտատերերի բազան խաթարելու նպատակով:
ՏՏ ընկերության պաշտոնյաները նախկինում ասել են, որ «Յանդեքսը» ձգտում է պահպանել օրենքները յուրաքանչյուր երկրում, որտեղ գործում է, և դատապարտել են ռուսական տվյալների հավաքագրման ջանքերը՝ պնդելով, որ դրանք տրամադրում են միայն տվյալ երկրի օգտատերերի կառավարություններին:
Ռուսական որոշ աղբյուրներ ենթադրում են, որ «Յանդեքսի» կորպորատիվ զարգացման խորհրդատու Ալեքսեյ Կուդրինը փորձում էր «Յանդեքսը» վերածել ազգային մասնավոր ընկերության, որը կվերահսկվի Պուտինի անձնական բանկիր Յուրի Կովալչուկի կողմից:
